  1. Past hour
  2. Regardless, the first priority should be to protect him because we have seen what happens if they don’t. He gets a free pass. People telling me how we need weapons, I am not saying don’t get any weapons. I am saying enough with the 1st round weapons. If the QB is good and is protected, he should elevate a later round WR. The coaching staff should be able to put him in advantageous positions. And I mean how many targets are we talking about anyway? To spend a 1st round pick on a player we use on less than half the plays, or a player who will be an every down contributor? Take a guy guy later.
  3. I don't mind taking another WR in the 1st (we all know XL is a bust) but I'm not crazy about KCC as a prospect.
  4. Dont know much about the Toledo dude but grabbing a starter either at 19 or the 2nd has to be a priority. I wonder what they truly think of Ransom, can he develop or too limited
  5. XL should feel like crap. Anyone with his skills should be successful by now. Instead, we need 3 quality WRs that other teams fear. If not, TMac gets doubled. Coker? does not really run the entire route tree. We need 3...
  6. If the Oregon safety is there we shouldn’t hesitate to take him. That Toledo safety is tempting too.
  7. I liked him preseason, then he had a wtf season but now he is seemingly shooting up boards after interviews and workouts. The kid does have a howitzer and can move pretty well and is a huge dude. I wouldnt do 3rd maybe 4rth.
  8. Then lets split the difference and get a safety or dline (my preference). Drafting KC at 19 as a slot or #3 guy is a monumentally stupid idea and a horrible way to roster build.
  9. I would love for the fullback to become a thing again but Tremble would fill that role if it did.
  10. I must not be the only baseball fan on here. There is no proper place to put this on the sports forum so I figure I would throw this on here. Talk any and everything about the season. Go Dodgers. Ohtani is the Goat.
  11. Panthers draft Drew Allar in the 3rd round to groom him to replace Bryce.
  12. The closest thing to an offensive weapon that can run away from defenders is a 3rd year UDFA that has missed 12 games in 2 years (soft tissue injuries) and ran a 4.6 at the combine. If they aren't targeting a guy later in the draft, and KC is there in the first, then it makes sense. We can call him a 3rd WR, but he'd get plenty of touches every game on offense and special teams. Any OT at 19 will be a project that may or may not be ready by next season.
  13. If we get Lemon this will remind me of 2003-2004-2005 when Detroit went three years in a row drafting Wide Receiver busts. None of which were Calvin Johnson who was drafted until 2007. Not saying Tet is a bust but the strategy reminds me of it.
  14. Canales said just yesterday that they are adjusting the offense to fit bryce so it appears they are caving to the teppers or whatever. So it seems they are doing everything they can to load up the offense for him. I fully expect another rb to be drafted at some point as well
  15. It's already do or die time for Bryce. If we picked three straight receivers in the first round with the extremely expensive offensive line, the 100 yard pass games won't fly
  16. I recall the abysmal job Bryce did as a rookie. I recall the excuses made that we can’t evaluate him because he had no protection. This is the most important year to evaluate him, and as I say that I can’t believe people still need to do that, but they do. I can see the excuses again, if he is not protected. That is the most important thing in front of us, make sure he is protected.

  19. Just depends on if/how they use him. The way Idziks talking we might be going more spread offense since Bryce seems to play better out of it. Tmac and Coker are both big WRs a dynamic wr that can actually catch and run good routes could work wonders. Obviously would mean they better hit on their other picks and that wr better be a badass or we'll all be cussing ha
  20. A dominate defense would help more than a wide reciever in such circumstances
  21. An actual slot receiver in the 1st would be way better than an HBack who moonlights as a slot receiver and doesn’t play TE, like ever. My preference tho is probably DL/LB, but let’s get real….if Coker or TMac so much as pulls a hammy, we are fuged.
  22. Skylar Belle??? She's alright...a little thin in the thighs for my taste, but I wouldn't kick her out of bed.
