If Keldric Faulk out of Auburn falls to #19, I'm thinking you've got to take him there.
-
He was quite affordable for both Chi and Buff with the part we absorbed
-
The more film I watch on Lloyd, the more I hope we avoid him. He’s extremely slow and clunky. Had to look up his combine 40 time to see if I was crazy. He ran a 4.66 which confirmed my thoughts. Fwiw Leo Chenal ran a 4.53. Devin Bush ran a 4:43 He was often in the right place at the right time. Feasted on horrible throws and tipped balls. I hardly ever saw him on the field on 3rd down. I’m praying we don’t sign him.

Oh and this year they have also forgotten how to play defense to top it off this team is a mirage

Totally, I've mentioned that before as well. Chenal was moved around with Tranquil and Bolton as primary ILBs and was used for blitzing a lot. They even threw him on the line sometimes. But when he had to fill in at ILB, he played great. So, the only thing is I'm unsure if he'd be fitting with Evero. But I would love to see Chenal happen. Think he fits pretty well with WAS.

I really don't even think he was treated that badly. I just think there was a massive disconnect between the media hype and how the media perceived him as an NFL prospect and how he was actually perceived by the NFL. I wouldn't be surprised if it's not a similar thing with Arch Manning. When I watched Shedeur I saw a really good college QB who was fun and exciting to watch but who just didn't have the tool set to be drafted as a starting NFL QB. I said forever that forget #1 overall, this guy isn't a 1st round prospect. He looks like a typical mid-round flyer type QB pick. With Arch, I don't even see a good college QB. I see a guy largely being carried by a great roster. We'll see if he develops next year but that throwing motion is a mess which is shocking from a Manning and it's really impacting his ability to generate velocity and be consistent with accuracy. If he was in this year's draft I'd honestly expect him to go around the same area of the draft that Shedeur did. They're starting the hype train back up again but based on what we've seen so far I think it's nuts to be talking about this guy as a likely Heisman winner and #1 overall pick. Basically, now I know why Texas was sticking with Ewers when they supposedly had this slam dunk generational prospect riding the pine - Ewers was simply better.

Double Penixtration.
-
Probably, but we'll have to do something at center. If we don't pay Mays we'll have to look elsewhere. The options in the draft are underwhelming, IMO.
-
Especially with the Buffalo C off the board. Besides Linderbaum he is the top guy. Think he’s gone.
-
I expect him to be some other teams day 1 priority

TEN could be a winner for his services. Brings him near home again (he's a home-body re: his UGA to TEN move), they have a crap ton of money, and the need with letting Cushenberry go.

Yeah, I'm sure there's guys he fawns over that we could get a bit overly aggressive for. That Wharton/Jones combo signing was a bit much / an overcorrection from the Milton miss. Defense was improved but those two didn't really contribute THAT much...now taking up $28 mil in space this year. They better contribute in 2026. It shows - the FA overpays for second contract guys can seem appealing at times given age and production, but last year was overkill. And they're FAs for a reason.

I'm interested to see what happens with Cade Mays, one way or the other.
-
What could go wrong with two chronically injured QBs?
