Yeah, minus the fact that this owner and FO are significantly worse, I guess??

Probably, easy to overlook…..the key defensive player responsible for generating 2 turnovers including ending the Rams final drive in the redzone as they atttempted to win the game
-
Now imagine this at the upcoming 18 games/season.
-
Taylor Hall
-
I can look at that this week possibly. Maybe 3rd Quarter leads for the entire Tepper tenure? Should I extend into the end of Cam era? Could just do a straight 10 year block?
-
IDK, sometimes the "eye test" and the PFF grade don't really match. PFF is interesting from a season chunk perspective but game to game it's preplexing.
-
this is a rookie on a bad team. Playing oddly well. That we play next. But we just can’t talk about anything or anyone because of Bryce and the feelings.
-
Different owner and different FO. I'm hoping that makes a difference.
-
The Saints reached (was thought to be more like a late 2nd early 3rd not no. 8 in the second) for a 26 yo qb prospect in the draft so they obviously saw something the believed in so i think they hold off on using their first rounder on a qb. That means they can trade down for someone who wants one of the top three guys.

I think PFF forgot to grade Derrick Brown.

A substantial portion of this fanbase would prefer we win 1 out of every 4 games (which Shough has done) if we threw for 220 yards a game rather than have a winning record and be in the playoff hunt
-
Totally a coincidence definitely
-
Well, it gets weird. If Bryce Young is the quarterback…..it’s almost a certainty your team will be trailing at halftime (it’s like close to 80% of the time in his career). So it’s just never ending opportunity to comeback on teams. even this year, the golden year, we trail at the half 75% of the time I’m not sold on the clutch thing
-
Someone who is quiet in the defensive backfield is a good sign. Chris Gamble, back in the day was the silent assassin. They never said his name on TV after the first couple of seasons because other teams just gave up trying to throw to his side of the field. Scott might not be that level, but he's sure holding down his end of the job.
-
This! It changed everything, didn't it? As did the Green Bay and Dallas games in their own rights at that part of the season. This is a remarkably scrappy team. It just keeps getting up off the floor and goes back into the fight. That's not something you want to see ahead of you on the schedule, twice, as you try to get into the play offs. It's all playoffs for us from here on out. Won or done should be the team mantra.

IMO this is one of the weakest years of NFL football in years..... I genuinely think the superbowl is wide open this year, there aren't any truly dominate week in and out teams, the Cheifs don't look like they will make it imo. The books have them at even odds to make it but I dont see it.... they play The Texans,Chargers and Broncos still....
-
I mean, after Jake Delhomme imploded versus AZ…..we gave him a big contract extension
-
You are making A LOT OF ASSUMPTIONS the 49ers have an equally challenging schedule imo. They have Bears, Colts and Seahawks in a row.

Dream scenario for ending out the season
PleaseCutStewart replied to cranky's topic in Carolina Panthers
I don't think us being at home vs the road makes any bit of difference. We just saw them only call 1 penalty on the Rams Sunday - and if it wasn't a penalty that couldn't go uncalled (delay of game), they likely would have had 0. And crazy enough, Rams fans were blaming the refs for losing to us -
Nick Scott. I feel like the 1st 5ish games, I was screaming that dude's name out many times in a game because they would pick apart his zone or he would miss a tackle that always moved the chains for the other team. I really haven't been calling his name the past 4-5 games, which is a huge improvement for him.

Dream scenario for ending out the season
Mr Mojo Risin replied to cranky's topic in Carolina Panthers
Living in Indiana I would love to beat the Bears, but with the way this team has performed the last several years I'd just be glad to be there man.
