  1. Past hour
  2. Gonna need to see a longer clip than this to determine if he had any idea what he was actually doing. Hell, I pay a lot of attention to the Israel stuff and I wouldn't have picked up on that as being something anti-semitic. https://x.com/NFL_DovKleiman/status/2001328476411056270?s=20
  3. I don’t think TO really went over the top behaviorally until he had a lot of success. But it was a long time ago to remember.
  4. The first part is a fine. But....WTF on the second part. He isn't that stupid.
  5. Lol. Oh I will always love Steve but hitting Fitz heights would be a dream scenario for TMac.
  6. It's more likely to have diminishing returns when he starts bulking to the level needed to make a big impact on being yanked down. He is also already not the most fleet of foot, so he would be better off trying to get better fast twitch muscle than actually bulking up to be Jalen Hurts level lower body strength. JMO, but I don't think it matters. I highly doubt you are going to see a major body overhaul in his future.
  7. Whelp as long as we‘re posting playoff changing news Puka probably just got his ass suspended for going on Adin Ross, saying the refs throw bad flags to brag to their friends, and saying he’d do an antisemitic celebration for his next touchdown.
  8. Steve Smith can probably find out where you live
  9. QBs need a solid team. I would not say every team Brady had was good. Heck that team that almost made the Super Bowl in 2015 was one of his worst.
  10. I hope he has the level of dedication that Fitz had. That would mean we might have our new best WR in franchise history.
  11. Not sure which direction you're going, but yes it's also true that negative memories of a player being a dick can downgrade them too. For evaluative purposes, I always try to keep those things separate. If you're a coach or GM though, you don't have that option. You have to take the bad with the good. Sometimes it's worth it. Sometimes it isn't.
  12. Bryce could bulk up his wheels and core and help himself. No gain to bulking up biceps and forearms and getting tight there but that base, the leg drive, the strength to maybe not get pulled down so easily…. how could more leg strength hurt him? If he ever did use his right footwork he gets better leg drive and lower body into his throws.
  13. Looking back at those two games, it felt like Staley had Canales' number and Moore had Evero's. Evero is likely gone next year but If that's in any way true, it could be trouble for us in the future.
  14. Doing these kinds of things with a player like Owens is kind of a double-edged sword. Amazing ability, production, etc but also huge amounts of hype, self-promotion, media coverage and things of that sort. I remember one NFL guy talking about coaches (I think) who were objectively phenomenal coaches but didn't really get a lot of attention or job offers because they weren't self-promoters. In a world with Internet, social media and 24 hour sports coverage, It's not that difficult for even great players to be overhyped.
  15. This team, especially this offense, is so deflating for me as a fan. Still rooting like you said, but my energy is going towards things less frustrating.
  16. Have to have an adult in the room to say No when someone needs to say it. Getting what you want comes with a price tag and it's shocking that they couldn't see this one coming. This team has been eating it's own failures for having no one in their room to stand up and say No too. Just an owner vs franchise QB.
  17. I've made the T-Mac to Fitz comp numerous times. Everyone wanted to compare him to Mike Evans I just never saw that. Mike Evans dominates physically. T-Mac is more like Fitz in that he's a tall receiver who is good enough athletically but really wins more on polished route running and natural ball skills than by physically dominating. Now I'm not saying that T-Mac is gonna be Fitz, I'm just making the stylistic comp. I will just throw it out there though that Fitz led the 24th ranked Cardinals' passing offense with 58 catches for 780 yards and 8 TDs as a rookie while T-Mac is leading the 25th ranked Panthers'passing offense with 59 catches for 853 yards and 6 TDs with 3 games to play so there is that...
  18. He does have a limited frame to work with. But the fact he is only 24 years old has $39 million in the bank in contract money before any endorsements and seemingly can't even be bothered to attempt to make any attempt whatsoever to add even minimal bulk is just pitiful. And he's opened the season three years in a row playing awful football. I mean that's a guy who has been handed starting gigs his whole life
  19. Yeah, he is just a naturally smaller framed dude. I don't think bulk would do him a lot of favors. More likely it would hinder his elusiveness and make him an even less effective passer.
  20. Yeah, that would have to be a real breakdown of tape. I will say his first three years in the league were pretty good on the tackling front, so it was a surprise to see those stats.
  21. No doubt but that shouldn't have an impact on the missed tackles. I will say that it is certainly possible that since our LB's and safeties struggle in run support and tackling that perhaps more of these guys are getting back to the CB's than necessary. That's certainly a possibility.
  22. Bryce looks like a guy who hasn't touched the weight room in 3 years. He's built like a dude that eats avocado lettuce wraps and does pilates.
  23. I think you're going down the right path. He's really, really aggressive and it bites him in the arse from time to time.
