  1. Past hour
  2. That’s pretty funny. If I remember right that was a Sunday night or Monday night game so I was in bed and missed the 2nd half.
  3. I agree but he would probably want more. 3 is the compromise
  4. It’s incredibly powerful in software development. It’s basically a workhorse and a force multiplier if you know how to direct it.
  5. I assume this is the precursor to Brooks being jettisoned in the offseason.
  6. Don't ask AI. That's a worse list than you posted.
  7. I only saw him play once and he kept hesitating and getting hit in the backfield. I think the Dallas line was just ass and didn’t give him as much time as he needs to do his thing.
  8. It's fun to play around with, but for genuine practical stuff...yeah, let's just say I won't be worrying about the SkyNet takeover anytime soon
  9. A phenomenal pre-draft workout helped his case a lot.
  10. Don't we wish If we do indeed get to the playoffs, maybe even win our first game or something like that, then short of a Jake vs the Cardinals type debacle, moving on from Bryce becomes a hard sell to players...and the pro-Bryce elements of the fanbase. (which does indeed exist)
  11. Luke Kuechly got pissed because his position coach got fired. Didn't result in any issues but he said it was an adjustment.
  12. Today
  13. Keeping post Tommy John Delhomme was a mistake, but one that a lot of players agreed with.
  14. I don't think it's guaranteed they see Bryce the way we do. But whatever they think, don't doubt that it will be taken into account.
  15. Saints - I see a win here. Kamara has been banged up, their speed is gone with Shaheed, Shough is a rookie. They could pull it off if their D holds us under 15. Falcons - Falcons have been a pure hot/cold team this year. Beating the Bills and getting swamped by our squad. There's a a chance they fire back on their home turf. Toss up. 49ers - I think this is winnable depending on Purdy/Pearsall. They've been rotating through injuries nearly every week. Minus a very healthy CMC this year. Another toss up. Rams - Rams are damn good but they're a team that can be caught in off weeks. Although, I don't see that happening. Not the best matchup for us. Saints V.2 - Another winnable Bucs - Division, anything is possible Seahawks - If they continue playing this way, could be ugly. Bucs - Division battle but they could have it wrapped up by this point and could be a W. - I see 3 games that I have a very hard time seeing us win (Seahawks 1 of the Bucs, and the Rams) That makes best case, a 10-7 season possible. Probably not enough for the playoff given the NFC this year. A reasonable expectation is 3 wins from this bunch and we end up 8-9. Would hate to see 7-10 or worse. We're trending up and have guys that are improving.
  16. Give him this week off. Last thing we need is to have our stud rookie WR having chronic hamstring issues. Every time you tweak a hammy, you’re a lot more prone to another injury reoccurring.
  17. Yeah. But Goodell comes out with plans for a Flag Football version of it.
  18. Hell, anymore some guys coming out can't even handle simplified systems. Not that it matters because tthe receivers coming out don't know how to run a proper route tree. I'm absolutely in favor of a minor league type system for the NFL. They've needed something like that for years now.
  19. 8 and 9 but if this team had an even average qb they would be a threat in the playoffs.
  20. He only cooked like once though, really cooked. He did the minimum ‘good’ in a couple of others. He hasn’t maintained that, or maybe I should say carried it over and built on it. Which is what you want to see. He is just too limited athletically to unlock a pro passing offense. IMO. So you have to settle and compensate. It is nice to win some games and feel better on Sundays. For sure. Edit: PS, on Darnold… where do you think this team would be now with him taking the reins? So maybe he doesn’t have it to win the Super Bowl but he can walk you into the division title pretty much. Getting rid of a guy like that (which Minnesota did) is about like Snyder firing Marty Schottiemer (sp?) or maybe is was San Diego, after a 14-2 season because he lost in the playoffs.
  21. The Jaguars beat the 49ers and the Chiefs after us. Not sure I would say that was a winnable game even if Young didn't turn the ball over.
  22. I completely missed on Dowdle. My fault for assuming a move Dallas made was correct. That said, no one saw Dowdle being a top RB in the NFL with only a few starts and no one predicted Dowdle would push Hubbard to the bench by clearly outplaying him.
  23. Especially working around this QB. Dan and Tillis and their new analytic people may have crushed this last draft. Dan and Tillis seem to be very shrewd with their negations with other teams in the trade department. I am happy for Morgan if this pans out, it has to be his dream job. And happy for us in that situation. Canales is learning, give him a couple of more seasons and maybe he is caught up to where he aspires to be. He is doing a great job hiding Bryce, still has some miscues but even the really veteran coaches still have those sometimes.
