Yeah, I mean if you watched the game he was. Dude had 2 throws over 10 yards downfield and he was completely hidden. There were 2 schizophrenic 4th down playcalls. If you didn’t catch those 2 passes and watched her rest of the game. the fine line between dumb and stupid playcalls….is often just the result. Bryce misses just one of the 4th down calls and the narrative for Bryce and Canales is an entire 180.

I think he will go as the running game goes. As long as Dave doesn't abandon the run in the 1st quarter before they can even establish it they should be able to pass it more efficiently. If he comes out trying to prove a point by passing on every down then I suspect it will not go well.

This is me too. I'm not gonna claim to have done a deep analysis on him. My take at this point is a "surface" take. I just have a hard time imagining that he's gonna make a successful transition to the pro game.

In my opinion bryce vs the saints is gonna be a big game. Made him look really bad last game, important Divisional game on the road & you are getting 2 weeks to get ready. You CAN NOT have a bad game coming off the rams. Consistency is to big here. Keep it going.

I think with Schottenheimer, it very much is an asterisk choice. It all depends on if they win the East, and then it almost becomes a vote based on the popularity of the Cowboys. I do not think it will happen, as I see it either being Vrabel or Johnson, but, I think there is a highly unlikely path to it happening.

Yeah, he did. In a different context, George S Patton was a colossal a--shole (my WWII veteran uncle hated his guts) but it can't be argued that he helped us win the war. So is he all hero, all scoundrel, or is it...complicated? The whole dichotomy of instating that players be lumped into categories of "all good" or "all bad" just isn't viable in a real world discussion any more than we can put any human being in one of those two camps. Life is complicated. So is football.

The Jaguars are a very undisciplined team. Gameplans have been good but I hesitate with Coen. Schot’s work doesn’t impress me. Dak is having one of his best seasons and their defense has been strong the last few weeks. Harbaugh I do credit. He’s done a nice job.
