  2. micah or Trey? Because the Bengals defense was ass last year with him, I dont think he is making any team, much less ours "great". Micah is a different beast for sure but if reports are true there is already a deal with 2 firsts out there for him. And if Morgan trades 2 first for Parsons................
  3. We've been daring to be great ever since Tepper bought the team just trying to skip that whole rebuilding process. We're always just one giant splash move away from being great... except we absolutely are not.
  4. Welp, if it’s done, then we just pulled the pin. Good.
  5. then it should happen organically not the square peg round hole method that we have grown accustomed to
  6. i haven't seen that anywhere, but if its true it makes me think of what (former panthers offensive lineman with a radio show name escapes me) said last season that he doesn't think Canales likes Bryce and wants him gone. the offense was atrocious last season without Thielen. I think that was far more about him being out than Andy being in.
  7. If we trade our damn 2026 first then Morgan should be shown the door asap all things considered. Surely for the love of God he isnt that stupid.
  8. obviously you know what i think about this they're ostensibly trying to win this season. now at the trade deadline thats a different story
  9. That makes no sense. Robinson isn't great, but he's serviceable and the Commanders' RB depth chart looks like straight trash without him.
  10. and........wait for it.............he was already under contract for this season
  11. I've seen that it's pretty much done and the compensation is a 3rd day draft pick. Canales is safe, it's put up or shut up time for BY.
  12. If your 3rd year QB still needs a WR to run the offense pre-snap you're already fuged. If this is the case, then I think we NEED to move Thielen because we need to see if Bryce can do it.
  13. He's from Minnesota, his wife is from Minnesota, his family is in Minnesota, pretty sure his primary residence is still in Minnesota. I think I already know the answer to this, but yeah, I agree that I would put it to him like in large part because I'm 99% sure I already know the answer.
  14. We are good at WR. There are other obvious positions we need to look at.
  15. i was about five rows back in the corner end zone last season @atlanta Thielen runs the offense. He signals to bryce about coverages after presnap motions, and multiple times was showing other players where to get set. They're not going to trade him. After seeing it live, he's probably the most important part of the passing offense, as it is.
  16. I’d let AT make the decision if he wants to go or not. He’s earned it. We don’t need to make the trade, but he also doesn’t have much tread left on the tires… it could give us assets while allowing him to possibly compete for more in his final year or two. Let him decide.
  17. The David Tepper way. We've constantly acted like we're just that one guy away from taking the league by storm and establishing a dynasty. It's baffling. This isn't basketball. Outside of an MVP caliber QB, one player's impact is limited. Even then, if the rest of your roster isn't at least decent, even an MVP caliber QB's impact is relatively limited in terms of overall team success and W-L record. We saw it plenty of seasons with Cam. We're seeing it with Burrow in Cincy.

  19. Preciate it. Didn’t see much difference when I looked up their career long, so I didn’t know if it was because people just felt the power was noticeably different. now that I read your more in-depth dive, and tbh, I know Fitz hit from 59 his last year at FSU, but seeing him barely clear the bar on that 52 yarder last week, I had flashbacks to Piniero. It seems like Sauls has a better overall resume, and he also might just look better according to the eye test. Im not convinced with Fitz. So I’d be interested in giving Sauls a look.
  20. Both of those are what I am deathly afraid of. I am very concerned they are going to sell out the next 2-3 years for one guy.
  21. Strong disagree on this take. They both serve the same role. But how they run their routes and go about getting there ain’t the same. Renfrow runs some of the most distinct routes in all the NFL….its necessary for him because of his size issues. Renfrow couldn’t make a rec league if did everything like AT out there with worse hands. They arent similar route runners. They do try to achieve the same outcome for their teams though
  22. Maybe, but I'm not sure. Scourton has been heavy enough but his production dipped big time when he bulked up to the necessary size in college, he also lacks the length. Princely has more length but a considerably less bulk. They were both considered 3-4 OLBs as prospects for a reason.
  23. I'm surprised to see them move Phillips, especially for so little. He's a decent NT and they don't have much behind him on paper. Hell, they only have two healthy NTs on the roster currently.
