They'd be in the playoffs easily if not for some untimely uncharacteristic Derrick Henry fumbles and/or if a rookie kicker who was perfect from under 50 had made a 44 yarder. This is honestly a bizarre move.

He would fit the bill there, and everywhere really. Doesn't seem to want complete roster control. Proven, experienced winner. Manages variety of different personalities. Has been adaptable to team strengths and weaknesses.

I would in a heartbeat fire Canales and hire Harbaugh. Playoffs in 12/18 seasons, 9/12 playoffs winning at least 1 game, SB win, only 1 season below 8 wins. Only had a true franchise QB for like 6ish of those seasons (Lamar, taking into account his injuries/seasons ended by injury).
