  1. Past hour
  2. Yeah and we took Shaq when d Wehad TD and Butler when we had Star and KK. You'll take guys at positions of strength when you think they're by far and away the best talent available but you better be right when you do.
  3. That QBR doesn't seem to help Rattler keep the starting job.
  4. Every QB playing next Sunday in the Saints/Panthers game will have a QBR lower than Spencer Rattler. what do you want us to talk about if you are knocking out QB play for both teams in terms of suitable discussion?
  5. Canales damn sure has to stick with the run game. He needs to have a near even split between pass and run. When he does that they win. When he gets pass happy things tend to go sideways.
  6. Jayden Daniels looked like prime Montana last year. Pump the brakes people, stop simping it’s embarrassing
  7. Jaycee Horn had a career worst day. Won’t happen again.
  8. No its not sustainable. Without investing draft picks in this oline they are asking for cap trouble down the road. But its not my money so IDGAF.
  9. If I had to choose between the 2 I would take Mayes.
  10. I would say it has been worse. Maybe they've bottomed out and they have learned some things.
  11. true. but we talk about those guys in the moment.
  12. you have a super high bar for a 2nd round rookie 4 starts into a career that took over what was a 1-7 win team. and I mean, we literally just watched him a couple weeks ago. Dude balled regardless of stats that day (which were good).
  13. A guy like me could make the recovery from September to December, but sometimes I forget these guys are human.
  14. That’s unfair, and bullshit. It just isn’t true.
  15. IMO they should trade him to a team with an established QB, sign a bunch of bad contracts and use all draft assets on Kickers, Punters and Long Snappers. Seems like that would be the best outcome for that franchise. Falcons also may want to consider this strat.
  16. You need to be clutch the whole game. Maybe then you don’t need the do or die stuff at the end so much. Which is nice to have and makes for great entertainment but you don’t want to live there. Everybody is doing ceiling and not really looking at the floor. The floor is the issue and really, has been. IMO. And is the better measure IMO. So I am saying don’t go all in without seeing progress where you know that floor is raised to a good solid level. There have been maybe 3 games this year that have had a pretty solid high high floor for 4 quarters. Dallas was one. Didn’t ask for a lot but it was there when called on. 4 qtrs. High floor. Atl and Rams were high floor. But there were places in both of those games that the floor dipped but it was short lived. It wasn’t allowed to continue. If a couple of those early losses had they had the high floor, maybe they are wins.
  17. Last week he threw a game-losing pick two after a garbage time comeback padded his stats. I wouldn't consider that "playing well".
  18. In Nick Mullens first 5 games as a starter in 2018 he threw for: 262 250 221 414 332 There’s a lot more examples of guys like this. I didn’t look at Jake Browning’s stats last year but he comes to mind as well, along with of course Kyle Allen. Anyone can look good for a few games until the opposing DC gets some tape and starts to actually game plan for whatever attributes stand out on film. Then trash QB reverts back to trash QB and is buried on the bench again.
