Popcorn Ready? Gabriel to wear #2 in Cleveland?

It could be. A friend of mine from Ohio (an hour below Cleveland) forwarded it to me--it was apparently making the rounds up there---he believed it. -
The Athletic's "Undrafted Player to Watch"
Khyber53 replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
Let's hope so. I love seeing undrafted players prove themselves to be stars in the making. If there was ever a team to do it on, the Panthers would be it. -
No, I had not, nor probably will I. And it's not about defending him, it's about it not really being any of my business. If he did have an affair, that's a terrible thing and something that he'll have to work out with his wife if she chooses to. Will it affect what I think of him? Yeah, probably, but it will also remind me, as has this thread that we've all got feet of clay. But, I also don't worship sports heroes, or even hold them up as much more than regular folks. And he sure isn't the only Panther to have an affair. Let's face it, there are some that have pretty much had a harem spread around the region before. Feet of clay. Feet of clay.

I don't think this is the first time. There were rumors of a few affairs while he was still playing for the panthers. He's proven over and over that he's not a good person so I'd be willing to bet those rumors were true. She definitely should divorce him and take half. Unless of course he was honest with her before they got married that he was going to fug whoever he wanted.

He's definitely winning the job. Gabriel isn't an nfl qb in my opinion. Flacco will start the season and go 0-4 Pickett will be traded after someone gets hurt in preseason. I feel like I'm the only one that thinks sanders is an nfl qb. He's immature but he can play. I don't think work ethic is an issue for him like most of the entitled busts that have come through the league. - Today

Not really If he has 50 rec, 600 yards, and 5 TDs in a PPR he only averages 8.2 points a game, which will be only 6.4 ppg in the weeks he doesn’t score a TD. Yea, he’ll have a couple 7 rec, 75 yds, TD games which would be a great week to start him, but in most weeks he’s not going to be a someone you can start unless you are in a crazy deep league or decimated by injuries.

He’ll be a solid flex option -
I already like him for shutting down David newton’s stupid fuging question. Can’t believe that clown is still a reporter.

Looking like it. Quick review of Schefer X line doesn't show the post -
He's 6'4 220 with a 78" wingspan and the opposite work ethic of Kelvin Benjamin...... He'll be aiiight

Exactly why I never liked the idea of taking Walker, just felt he was a bad fit as an OLB in a 3-4 at his size. As an OLB in a 4-3 where he's more of an off ball LB and situational pass rusher he could be a really good player. But you don't take a 4-3 OLB at 8 in general, let alone when you run a 3-4 base, so I was just always against that idea even if he had gotten a #1 WR before the draft and wouldn't have been looking at T-Mac anyways.

I love how he pitches XL as a guy to draft for fantasy this year I still think XL has real potential as a #2 to T-Mac, but even if he improves from last year, he's not going to be a very good fantasy guy this year. We're a run first team, T-Mac and Thielen will always be Bryce's first and second reads, plus T-Mac will be the red zone target. My guess is XL still has a few big games here or there, but he's going to be a very up and down game log based on what the defense is doing that week and will be an impossible fantasy starter because of it.

They were probably so upset because they knew the can of worms it was about to open on them when ownership dictated that pick. Because there is absolutely a scenario where he goes in there and looks like he might deserve the job. Flacco has looked decent as a backup the last few years, but one of these seasons he's going to show up to camp and father time will have ended his career. Pickett sucks and it's not like Gabriel is a can't miss draft pick either. There is a very real chance that Shedeur shows in camp that he should be the starter and then the coaches have to either play him and deal with the media around it, or sit him with fans calling to play him and also deal with the media around it. -
So when someone of Polynesian heritage has a child, they should give them an everyman American name so it's easy for fans to call them by their real name just in case they become a star athlete 20 years later because American's don't like to learn how to pronounce names from other cultures?

Is this fake news? I can't see the tweet or anyone else reporting this, if it was true it would be all over the internet by now. -
That's encouraging news to hear - I still worry about his ability to beat press corners. if he cant, we should at the very worst be able to run him at the slot and get him open
