  1. Outside of Carolina Marty has never had an interview for any GM position. Rivera loves his Vets and Mary loves to over pay them to stay and be a sight on the sidelines for endearing fans.
  2. Why would Houston even consider Bridgewater? We, as casual fans, knows he sucks. Do you think Houston lives in a bubble and would be willing to take on his contract to be a backup? We might get away with 2 firsts and a 2nd. Mostly because teams are going to low ball Houston because regardless Watson won't play another snap for them. (or so he says). Any NFC team has another variable that Houston might consider. Being AFC you have the opportunity tot face the same team every year, depending on placement, and at a minimum every 3 years. While an NFC team will only face Houston once every four years.
  3. This is what I read about him. The full dream list. https://pantherswire.usatoday.com/lists/panthers-2021-nfl-draft-holiday-wishlist-prospects/?fbclid=IwAR21Q-fYKNkfeX_Qj2UH9yBtJv6IumTdLbVJrXrIK0Ijrj_b7uT1lEH3aC4 3 Creed Humphrey, C/OG, Oklahoma: 6-foot-5, 315 lbs Jason Getz-USA TODAY Sports Humphrey is “country strong” and sets the tone up front as the leader of Oklahoma’s offensive line. Strength, footwork, strong hands, leverage – you name it he’s got it. In 2019, he graded out as the seventh-best offensive lineman in the country according to PFF. Humphrey is not only a physical force, he is an extremely intelligent player as well. He has been captain of the offensive line his last three years at Oklahoma, calls out blitzes and diagnoses defensive schemes pre-snap on a regular basis. As a matter of fact, some scouts were concerned about former Sooner Kyler Murray’s pre-snap abilities because Humphrey would call out everything for him pre-snap. Another plus to Humphrey’s game is that he can play at either guard position as well, which would help the Panthers tremendously as they look to sure up their shaky interior line.
  4. I couple of weeks ago someone posted a bio on Creed Humphrey and I was sold. This guy is super smart and will be a huge addition to our O-line. If he's on our team I am going to tell you now. Rhule is going to fall in love with him. Too high for us at 8 but maybe trade down and get him in the latter portion of round one or at 40 in round two.

Excellent. I will be out of the country for the whole season. This will come in handy for regular season games for sure.

I am in Iraq and was able to watch a lot of games on this site.  Check it out.  I am an Oriole fan so I get to watch baseball too.

Pretty much any sport you got a fancy for is on this site.  Pretty cool

  6. Exactly. 3837 Yds. Considering our rushing attack is top tier those are some pretty good numbers. If Shula loses his mind and becomes Chudz is about the only way you are going to see our WR with huge numbers.
  7. Brown might not be much of a return man but he is just as dangerous as Ginn. I think he has better hands and runs better routes. Furthermore, Brown is much younger. Not a Ginn hater but I said last year I thought we didn't need Ginn back with Brown. Fortunately for us we didn't have to choose because KB went down. Look at it this way. Ginn has peaked, Brown is only going to get better. Love the idea that we don't have 5 locks and 8 wannabes. We have some serious competition and over the next couple of months the cream is going to rise to the top. I will be happy with whoever they choose because honestly I don't think we lose with any combination. Who would have thought by 2016 teams would be watching our roster to see who we are going to cut at the WR spot.
  8. How we went from a talentless WR Corp (minus SS) to over abundance of talent in 2+ yrs is absolutely amazing. Obviously it is far too soon to tell but I wouldn't say there are locks outside of KB and Funchess. I think Ginn is a near lock but not 100%. Ginn is on the 2nd year of a two year deal. Byrd, Brown and HIll are speedsters and I wouldn't put it past Gman to make a decision to keep someone other than Ginn. Don't get me wrong I think Ginn was a key part of our offense but he isn't irreplaceable.. It is very possible that those preseason drops might make a difference this year..
  9. I think what makes this so impressive is that this staff for the most part has been together for 5 years. We haven't lost a coordinator since Chudz left and replaced him with someone who has really started to shine. Otherwise our entire defensive staff has remained the same. Continuity cannot be overlooked. You keep the same guys with the same philosophy and you are going to be good. Ray Brown and Ricky Proehl were long time stars in this league and have a ton of respect from the players. And as it has been mentioned time and time again. Dave Gettleman doesn't draft idiots. You have to be a smart player to be a Panther. Period. I love this mentality we have. Smart is good. Go Panthers
  10. 100% agree. I have always been pulling for Hill to show up. His size plus his speed makes him so very dangerous. If he has improved over his two years with us and shows off in Camp than there will be some serious thoughts of keeping 6 WR. If Hill does show off there will be no way Garrett makes it to the practice squad, there were too many other teams that wanted to bring him in. Whatever caused him to drop so far is beyond me but whatever it was. R. Proehl is going to fix it. Sadly we gave a pick up for Norwood however, I don't see a chance in hell we keep him. I have no comment for Hamilton. Bersin has always been one of my favorites and I give him a billion Kudos for hanging on so long. I hope he hooks up with another team. Byrd has worked his butt off and someone has noticed. He will definitely be in the mix. Maybe he goes unnoticed and we can stash him on the P.S. with the new guy Stoshak.
  11. Outside of the 49ers. I see this being a three dog fight. Just like when we had N.O., Atl and us fighting for the NFC South. It isn't impossible for each team to have two to three loses in conference play alone.
  12. I like the TE but not overly excited about a tweener. This draft is full of DTs. I think it we draft a 1st or 2nd round DT we have backup if for some reason Short moves on. Save our 3rd round for that steal CB DG gonna find.
  13. I love watching college football but rarely do I have a chance to follow particular players. Occasionally I follow ECU players just because I went to ECU a long time ago, and the Tarheels when they get a player or two but not much after that. I am like you. I listen to what those have to say and jump on a bandwagon when I have enough info to make a educated guess. Last year I jumped on Jeremy's bandwagon about Shaq and the year before I favored KB. So two for two in the past 2 years. Strictly coincidental though. Hell when we selected Luke Kuechly the only players I knew from BC was Doug Flutie and Matt Ryan. So I was Who?
  14. Let's see Russell Wilson and Doug Williams. Those names ring a bell for you and your national exposure? Two of the worst Defeats in Super Bowl history. What do they have in common with Cam....... Think about it...... Let's see Opponent Denver Broncos........and hhhmmmmmmm got it yet? And Cam is? Figured it out yet. As the great John Fox used to say...... IT IS WHAT IT IS.
  15. Good attempt at least. I find it funny that all these fans are reaching for any hope that they are going to be able to stop us. The one factor that keeps coming back to me is how well they did against mobile QBs. Luck and Smith. Over 150 yds on the ground.. Not a good sign for the Vaunted Denver Defense. We have a better running game than both of these teams and our Mobile QB is the MVP. I see our front four creating some major havoc. Johnson and Allen will bring everything they got. Especially Allen. KK and Star will clog the middle and our DB are about to feast. As long as Cam is smart with the ball and our WR don't do the tip drill thing in the SB. We might not reach 31.3 points but we will score enough to win. Our defense will get the turn overs and our short field supremacy will finish off the Broncos.
  16. Thanks Jeremy... I write this before I see them. They are always so awesome. I know this will be best of all.
  17. Love just dug the grave, threw him in and covered him up
  18. But if the Cardinals only has another quarter.......
  19. I wish we could see Jaworski's face right now. All he talked about has Palmer was going to tear our secondary apart.
  20. I think that 2 pt conversion was aimed at the Arizona coach. His 2pt conversion didn't really make sense being they were 4 scores down.
