  1. Yea man hard to beat when you make it yourself. We had a crap load of cucumbers from our garden this year so I made a bunch of pickles. Wife got a mandolin slicer last Christmas so I use that to get various types of slices. Cole slaw I just buy a red cabbage and soak it in a little white vinegar overnight and spice it up add a little mayo before we eat.
  2. We doing chicken thighs for it!! Dark meat is my fave chicken meat
  3. Pulled chicken sliders with homemade pickles and coleslaw. Sweet potato fries and veggies on the side.
  4. Sam isn’t an NFL caliber player. I don’t know how many chances he needs to get that through the NFL’s thick skulls. He was a jittery turnover prone QB in college and he hasn’t changed at all. He has all the physical tools to be a great QB but he just can’t make the right decisions on a consistent basis and his mental fortitude to bounce back from a bad throw or a bad game just isn’t there. He compounds his failures and just gets worse. See ya on the bench making a nice salary the rest of your career and maybe see you in spot duty for the Bears or something in 3 years Sam. Thanks for the bad memories.
  5. Nice little breakdown here of Cam's preseason tape. Once he learns the offense, look out.
  6. Before Cam came back I would have expected about 1/3 of the stadium to be empty and to see about 50-50 in the fan split. On Sunday, I think the stadium will be close to full and there will be around 20% Washington fans to 80% Panthers fans. Washington has a lot of fans in the region but their team STINKS so I don't expect a huge turnout, nothing like the Patriots fans did. Anything >75% Panthers fans in the stadium is a win in a transplant city like Charlotte.
  7. He is the best read option QB in NFL history.
  8. I'm waiting patiently for the article that says Joe Brady went back and watched film of Cam in his time on the Panthers in the past. Maybe it is published by the team itself, maybe published by Joe Person at the Athletic, or who knows. Is it coming?? And should Brady do this? I think of course he should. Cam had a lot of success running the read-option offense for the Panthers in the 2010s, especially in the red zone. He doesn't have his favorite play-action target in Greg Olsen anymore, but there's a lot more to work with weapons wise than say, the 2017 season when the 11-5 Panthers rolled into New Orleans for a playoff game with Brenton Bersin, Kaelin Clay, broken foot Olsen, and banged up shoulder Devin Funchess as his top receivers. Side note what a sad day that was to watch, a day when Cam played out of his mind but his receivers just couldn't get the job done. Joe Brady should have far more creativity as a play-designer than Mike Shula did. But with the turnover generating defense the Panthers have this season, I hope we can generate some 2015 vibes from this offense.
  9. I wouldn't be surprised if PJ gets some snaps. But Cam is definitely starting.
  10. Yes and I'd short it. Trending up short term, long term arrow is still down.
  11. Reminds me of the worthless micropenis sack of bloody diarrhea that wrote this KKK diatribe https://bleacherreport.com/articles/694994-carolina-panther-cam-newton-is-the-worst-nfl-draft-pick-ever
  12. get ready to clean the poop off the field after we scare the crap out of opponents with our two punter formations
  13. I saw someone post something about how it's not actually guaranteed except for injury, so maybe they're SOL there with his shoulder but I don't know. The 5th year option is a weird thing
  14. I think they're going to cut Darnold. Bridgewater played better than Darnold and they got rid of him. I don't see him playing another snap for the Panthers.
  15. That is why I have been vocal in my hope that PJ Walker still gets to see some playing time, especially these next couple games while Cam is still learning the playbook. The 2 QB system could really work in this offense. Joe Brady's offense has already been called predictable by several defenses the Panthers have faced and this gives defenses something else to prepare for. Especially with Cam in the red zone.
  16. We lost to the Giants with Sam Darnold at QB. This is a different team now. The team lead by Sam Darnold was depressing, sad, garbage. The team lead by Cam is exciting, positive, fresh, and winners.
  17. Yea he was right on about going for it on that early 4th down. That was absolutely the turning point in the game.
  18. Lol this should make some Panthers fans happy
  19. They brought Cam back because their backs were against the wall. The defense is playoff caliber talent wise and the offense has enough playmakers to win with even an average QB. They were turning the ball over at an astronomical rate with Darnold at QB. It was frankly embarrassing. The fans were turning on the team because trading for Darnold with no safety net move was infuriating and even a casual fan could see a Jets reject QB as your only starting option was NOT a good idea. So they could either sign Cam and see what he can do, win the fans over, sell tickets, and hope he drags this team into the playoffs.....or lose the fanbase. Those were literally the two options they faced. I don't really think it's "good on them" for doing it. We forced their hand. We were about to tear them apart.
  20. Trying to remember....maybe that Bucs game at home in 2018? The last win before the epic losing streak began? Otherwise we gotta go back to 2015 for sure.
  21. The offensive line didn't give up a sack which is huge. The whole team will play better when the offense is diverse and dynamic. But one thing I noticed is the Cardinals seemed like the phoned the game in from the start. They kept Murray on the bench even though he probably could have played. I get they are trying to keep him in bubble wrap until the playoffs but I would have expected a better effort from them. They were never in this game from the first snap. I hope the Panthers can continue this energy against teams playing with a full deck.
  22. Teddy's done worse stuff than this. Cam's career took a massive hit running down an INT because that loser Kelvin Benjamin gave up on a route. I hate Asswater as much as the next guy but I kind of understand what he did here.
