  1. This is a league-wide issue with how quarterbacks are valued. Not everyone can be a top-five QB, but teams can still win with someone in the mid-tier. As long as your QB is better than average, he’s going to get paid like one of the best. This isn’t just a Bryce Young problem; it’s a challenge for every team with a decent quarterback.
  2. In the NFL draft, talent is often evenly spread outside of the top few picks. For example, Tet McMillan could’ve gone at No. 8 or the mid first and Walker was projected as high as No. 4 but ended up going No. 15. Since top-tier talent can still be available later, it’s almost always better to make the playoffs than to chase a slightly higher draft pick.
  3. The thing I hate about strength of schedule is that NFL teams change so much over a year and past success or failure doesn't really dictate future success or failure
  4. I am curious to see what we have in George, he has quite the up hill battle with a stacked room but this is why we compete.
  5. This is going to be fun to watch, it couldn’t have happened to a better team
  6. this aint just an Evero problem either the NFL favors guys with an position. Walker need a vision and a plan and he wasnt going to get that here
  7. You joke, but it can always be worse. He might walk with a limp or need assistance. Different sport, but Lonzo Ball couldn't even walk up steps a year after his injury.
  8. I saw Brooks maybe a few weeks ago, he was walking pretty normally. of course he wasnt running, jumping and cutting.
  9. feels a bit out of touch, seems like something you would offer a corporate package but it aint my money.
  10. First move of the off-season that I hate, unless this is what he wanted. he was our best’ish run defender and the young guys ain’t going to learn themselves.
  11. I can't remember the last draft where I had a list of positions I felt we needed to address, and they handled it. I still have my questions about FS, but I loved their draft because every move made sense.
  12. Is it weird to say "ESPN is showing us some love" and then link to a Yahoo article? I mean, I know they are referencing ESPN, but it threw me off at first.
  13. I neve heard of the homewreaker law but it feels like BS, why would you sue a third party when your wife was a willing participant
  14. Why didnt he just draft one? not that they had to start but paying Moehrig then drafting Random feels redundant
  15. You're looking at it the wrong way, After Bryce's third season, he's eligible for an extension. They need to know what they've got before this season wraps up. That's why they had to beef up the offense
  16. I would’ve taken that 49ers deal drafted Walter Nolan picked up another second and drafted Higgins or Noel
  17. Whatever they did the second half of the season, keep doing that. If that means cuddling him, so be it.
  18. The first pick didn’t really do it for me. He’s pretty meh at everything. There were better backs on the board, but maybe they see something I don’t.
  19. If you didn’t panic before now it’s no reason to start now. It’s why you have big boards
  20. that video its not pretty though...
  21. Canales talked about this a bit in his presser, saying that based on his tape he is clearly working hard and the things he does takes time and effort outside of practice.
  22. they paid a heavy heavy price in a draft that is flat talent wise at dline after the first few picks. I would argue they didnt get great value and Pearce will neve live up to his price.
