This is won’t age well

There are few men on earth that can’t have an “allegation” of sorts against them. So much gray area with women. It’s often not that black and white and the lines are often blurred. A lot of women want you to be aggressive and chase them, but a little too aggressive and you can find yourself in this type of situation. I’ve been baited before and I’m not even famous, I can only imagine some of the situations these guys find themselves in. Not saying that’s what happened in this situation, but Deshaun is a guy that deserves the benefit of the doubt.

I think that’s the point. Eliminate the excuses at the QB position so it can actually be evaluated.

I think they still draft a rookie, but the moves seem like they’re trying to give Cam a legit shot. I don’t think those FAs come for an unknown rookie either.

It’s smart business. You can make the argument they know more about Cam than any other team including us at this point. They also know based on last season a lot of teams won’t come calling. Their free agency lets you know they believe they had other issues outside of QB. Sign Cam back cheap because that’s what his market is and improve around him + draft a young QB of the future. Cam will probably take them to the playoffs this season. Were a few red zone trips away from the playoffs last year.

I’ve been telling y’all all year that he ran a pro style offense in every way in school. He’s going to be special.

Cams shoulder issue poo is way over blown. Talent at the skill positions and covid last year is what doomed Cam in. Last time he was on the field he threw for over 300 with 3tds and a receiving touchdown. I think the shoulder is fine. What does he stand staying here? Running it back with Teddy? Ehhhh Pats are in a better position to win right now believe it or not.

Does Cam look fast when he’s running? He doesn’t but his 40 time was better than most. I think a lot of QBs are just trying to get out of teams viewing them as just athletes. I think he’s pretty mobile no matter who he’s on the field with. The exact speed doesn’t matter. He knows he doesn’t run a 4.4 but probably runs a 4.6, 4.8, or 4.9 depending on the day. If you know you can’t guarantee that kind of speed why risk it?

Gotta get out of this type of thinking. A QB doesn’t need to start week 1.

And if he doesn’t then people will use it against him. There isn’t a reason for him to run it. How many times in a NFL game will a QB run in a straight line? Unless you know you’re like a 4.4 guy, if I’m a QB I’m not running it.
