I'd go with Aidan O'Connell, CMC, Jahmyr Gibbs, Garrett Wilson, DJ Moore, Adam Thielen, & Hayden Hurst with an OL of Christensen, Mays, Bozeman, Corbett & Moton over wasting the franchise on Young & Ekwonu. And this was easily achievable for the Panthers front office to build this offense. You could insert many young QBs from the past 2 years into the starting role & it would have been a much better offense. The draft capital needed to create healthy competition to build a team has been thrown away over the past few years.

How did Bryce Young get evaluated to the #1 pick? This has Tim Couch, David Carr, Baker Mayfield, Kyler Murray, & Sam Bradford vibes. Definitely at the bottom of the #1 overall QB list. I'd be happy if Young was a Testaverde or George level QB.

Would you trade Bryce Young, Ikem Ekwonu & DJ Johnson for CMC, Jahmyr Gibbs, Garrett Wilson, DJ Moore, a late round QB & a late round LT? They'd be paired with Thielen & Hurst. I would without question. Think about it. Bad front office decisions lead to years of struggle.

The Pick 6 King Bryce Young is not an NFL QB. Jeff Lewis never saw a regular season game because of this garbage & Pickles was done after year 1 because he played like Bryce Young.

Need a QB who can see down the field from the pocket & deliver a deep ball without floating it.

Ekwonu messed up the block & made Young panic. Young just tossed up a blind pick 6. Not going to keep a starting job making plays like that. Our 2 1st round offensive picks looking bad & our defensive 1st round picks not making game changing plays

That would be a bad statement from the coaches on Young. Championship QBs can at least drove for a FG in a minute

Waiting for Burns to be a factor. At least as much as Buckner. All I see is him walking around and celebrating a false start caused by the Colts RG as if it's his ego being a factor.

Young doesn't trust the pass blocking of Ekwonu, and they're stretching the line to give Ekwonu inside support which is giving Buckner an easy rush up the middle. NC State has been horrible at pass blocking for years. We get to see it at the pro level now.

It's the NFL. Players get open because QBs can look off defenses from the pocket or plays are designed to open small windows. If you don't have a QB and OC who can do that, you have no passing game. College extend-a-plays are gimmicks in the NFLand should be used no more than 5 times a game.

The same deal we all knew coming out of college. Some of you thought he could develop into an elite pass blocker when he was garbage in pass blocking in college
