  1. Encouraged but you can tell he has nerves and happy feet to work through. He also hesitates some of his throws like he has to double check to make sure someone is open before he throws it. I think he could be good when he gets settled though. I think he’s gonna have a couple games where emotions are high and he gets pressure in his face and he’ll throw some picks. How he responds to that will say everything. I wouldn’t mind keeping PJ and Grier this year just in case he completely crumbles. I don’t want that to happen but if it does Walker has shown he can keep us competitive and we can answer some questions finally with Grier .
  2. I wouldn’t go that far just yet. But he looks like he should have played last week.
  3. Darnold has a habit of hesitating on his throws. It’s like he has to check to make sure someone’s open because he doesn’t believe it.
  4. Gano was crap with the game on the line. He let the team down in the SB and in the rematch. He might be better than Slye, but I don't blame Rhule for trying to do better with the position.
  5. I wasn’t saying it wasn’t. I’m saying it’s a bad reflection on Slye to kick even worse in the face of competition.
  6. My guess is he wouldn't have gone 0-3 if we hadn't brought a new guy in. That's not a good sign if he can't handle the competition.
  7. Jesus Christ. He's choking now. Times up. Over. Plow.
  8. It's a good signing at the end of the day. TMJ looks great so far, but so did Keary Colbert, Drew Carter, and David Gettis for a time. I like the fact that we are holding onto a known commodity. It's about what he's worth too.
  9. Rhule is keeping Darnold from playing to maintain his trade value. Cam purposely didn't get vaccinated so he could lose the starting gig by technicality. We will be trading Darnold for Cam to get him back and go to the SB
  10. I wouldn't be so sure. Give it the season and see where we are. We are becoming pretty stacked at the right positions for a premier QB to step into.
  11. Would be a mistake imo. DJ is on the brink of being elite. But its not uncommon for teams to stack their WR groups. Atlanta, Cleveland, Steelers, Tampa, ARZ etc..
  12. I like PJ a lot but Grier looked better vs the Ravens and his arm looks stronger too.
  13. Byrd was always a good player with NFL talent. He’s just a small guy prone to injury. But he can be a dangerous WR.
  14. Well played my ass. Look at the gif. Cam's expecting Ware's arm to bounce the ball the other way, so he tried to change direction. Cam laid his body on the line for the team for years. It's just a lazy argument, based off how one play looks. And if we're going that route. Why didn't Jake Delhomme pull himself out of the 09 season or at halftime in the ARZ playoff game, when Matt Moore clearly was better than he was. What a selfish asshole of a QB.
  15. Honestly just going meta and copying The Replacements. Go with the Washington Sentinels poo just call them The Replacements
  16. All of the names are horrible except WFT What happened to the Warriors ?
