Nobody cares if they try. Hand them a fuging participation trophy. After 5 years of pathetic bullshit from this team and owner, you think the fans are the problem because they don't give a poo about another losing season and just want it over with? Our best offensive performance this season came from the backup to our savant #1 draft pick that has almost as many TDs to the opposing team as his own. If he plays the rest of the season, he may very well have the worst QB effort in NFL history. Winning this game or all the games the rest of this season changes nothing. This team has produced the worst record in professional sports over the last 5 years. The fans deserve better than this. If you're cheering for losing, then you're the problem, not the people who are tired of it and want better.

The same can be said of Cam that can be said of Dave and Nicole. What qualifications does he have to run an NFL franchise?

Until this team actually comes up with a plan, and I mean a real plan that lays out the identity of the franchise and how we're going to get there, it will be near to impossible to ever do.

I don't think the Bryce supporters know how much those of us who think Bryce is a bust WANT to be wrong. None of us wanted this. There's no joy in watching this mess every week. Saying he looks horrid doesn't make me feel any better. I want Bryce to be successful. Hell, I wanted Frank to be successful and he wasn't even on my list of coaches I wanted. I want Dave to be successful. All I want is for this team to know winning more than a single year at a time. I'm sure you and others feel very much the same.

I'm not to sure about that. I'm pretty sure the Huddle could have gotten at least 4 or 5 right. Of course, the first Huddle decision would have been not to write off Shane Steichen because he didn't interview well on Zoom.

My only hope is that eventually other owners will realize that Tepper is actually hurting their profits and force him to sell. I know that hope is slim to none in actually happening, but it's all I have left.

His trade value is near nil. Why trade for him when the next head coach might very well cut him before he's fired by Tepper in the preseason.

If you haven't noticed, we've screwed our rebuild starting last year. The time to fire Rhule was at the end of season 2, not 5 games into season 3. He could have led the tank and rebuild to the number one pick easily. Then we trade up to get the lowest ceiling QB in the draft for a QB coach that has never had an offense that ever fit BY's playing style. You're talking as if Tepper has actually done something smart in trying to rebuild this team. So far it's been one terrible mistake after another. So far in 5 years we've had Fire Rivera, hire Rhule, Fire Hurney, Hire Fitts, Fire Rhule, Hire Reich, Fire Reich, and now possibly fire Fitts and hire another HC. There's no way to even have a team direction with this many people running the show. Tepper is the problem. He's always been the problem. He wants to win now but has absolutely no idea how to do it. As long as he and Nicole make up 33.3% of the hiring team, this team is 100% screwed.

It all depends on what you want to accomplish. If winning matters, Bryce needs to be on the bench. If getting the number 1 pick in 2025 matters, start Bryce, sign PJ Walker as his backup and a 3rd stringer from podunk U, and get some JV coach on a 1 year contract. It all depends on what you want.

I want the best opportunity for this team to win. I don't care about where a player is drafted. If Dalton is the best chance for this team to win, then he needs to play until Bryce can beat him out. If Bryce can't beat him out, then that's a problem with Fitterer and Tepper and their evaluation and selection process. The same goes for every other position on the field. The biggest problem in this organization right now is an egotistical owner who thinks he knows everything about football when all evidence points to the contrary. Smart owners and coaches realize once a player is drafted, they are a sunk cost. From that point on, they're just another player. The 49ers moved on from their high value QB pick because he wasn't better than Mr. Irrelevant. Tepper is the problem with this organization. 5 years in and we are the worst franchise in professional sports. Bryce, Frank, Fitts, Rhule, the process. Tepper.has chosen them all.

See, we weren't sucking this year. That was the whole point of drafting BY. This team won 7 games last year on pride and passion at the end against some bad teams, but we still won. Bryce was supposed to be dropped in as the most pro ready QB since Andrew Luck and take this team over the top. That's what was supposed to happen. Bryce has at best looked like a practice squad QB. If he wasn't the 1st pick in the NFL draft, he'd be cut. He's that bad. That's not emotion, that's just facts. Emotion is what Tepper hasn't allowed and that is the benching of Bryce Young to try and save his pride. I've seen enough. Am I emotional? Yeah. Why? Because it's so obvious 99.99 % of fans can see the job isn't getting done. Dalton may suck balls too. But the best offensive game we've seen this year came in the loudest stadium in the NFL in shitty weather with an oline that gave out pressures like they were candy at Halloween. I said it at the beginning of the season, all during the season, and I will keep saying it. Put the best QB on the field regardless of where they were drafted. And right now, the best QB on this team is not Bryce Young.

The team looks like hammered shitt with Young at QB. At some point you have to have some fukking pride. Honestly, Bryce should bench himself. He's hurting the team. I'd have more respect for him as a leader if he sat himself and gave this team an opportunity to be better. But hey, keep him on the field the last 3 games and let him set an NFL record. Bryce Young. Owner of the worst season of football by any QB in NFL history.

By that rational, why even look at college tape? High school or pop warner should be enough because the level of competition is irrelevant. How can anyone be a bust in the NFL when they dominated in college? It’s impossible.

What he did in college is irrelevant now. The level of competition is different. Guys in the NFL can catch up to his throws. The elite of the SEC are the JAGS in the NFL now. Against NFL level competition, he hasn't even looked mediocre.
