Zone and the pass rush, like some of you said

Corral may come back strong. He did not get many reps at all leading up to those 2 preseason games. He is an unknown at this point, but the strengths that made the Panthers draft him in the 3rd are still there. We will see. As far as Baker, the QB he was 2 years ago was not far from getting his team to the big game. Sometimes new scenery and a system change can spark something. We have seen that before in QBs like Jake. I think if Baker turns out to be the fit that Jake was, we will all be happy. This year is the year for him to show it if he is, though. If not, a new coaching staff will start fresh.

He needs to get more solid. That does not guarantee he will stay healthy, of course.

Yeah, they need to let him bulk up and get the mental part of the game down as well. Here's to hoping Mayfield works out.

I'd keep Mayfield and Darnold and send PJ to the practice squad unless we can get a draft pick for him. If we have to go to our #3, the season is over anyway.

I still think Tremble is going to do something. Dude is a great athlete. Ricci needs to be on the roster.

Can Corral still practice if placed on IR? That may be the way to go, whether they keep PJ or not.

No Mayfield

Any team that starts a rookie this year will not have a winning season. Corral does not need to be taking reps vs. 1s right now. Getting more reps, yes, but not vs. 1s. Mayfield should be getting ALL of those.
