Weitz has zero influence of what the patriots ran with Cam 2021. They have never stuck to one specific scheme, matter of fact they have done the opposite of Erhart offense for a number of years. There were many years when they had a bottom tier run game, another year where they mainly attacked inside the numbers. That’s an article from 2020 and and mentions Aaron Hernandez and Welker….. I can’t even exactly pinpoint what type of offense they ran last year. But it was terrible and super conservative. They were last in the nfl in passes over 30 yards, last in red zone attempts, everything was underneath

Patriots haven’t run a true Erhart offense in years, and last year with Cam they rarely threw deep. Cam’s best offense has always been fast pace, no huddle which Rivera hated.
