Dont know if y'all know anything about land or acreage, but 55 acres is about the size of a Food Lion and parking lot. A big Food Lion, but still, a small office park. -
Exactly. Only Houston traded their 1st rd pick to Miami because "Watson needs better blocking". He regressed and they don't have a 1st rd pick now. I think Deondre Hopkins took a lot of Watson's fire with him.

To all the misguided people out there in tv land...Why doesn't Houston have a 1st rd pick? I'll give you a few minutes before we open it up for discussion. And now people want to sacrifice our future 1st rd picks for the same GD reason.

School systems are figuring out that if they run at 1/3 capacity, you only need 1/3 employees. All the teachers that were crying in March about wanting to get back in the classroom are going to be crying for a different reason. Their annual salary probably runs out in August.

Wife went to the hospital last night, has lymphedema in both legs that caused her legs to swell so much she couldn't walk. She called about 11 to say they scheduled an MRI, haven't heard from her since. Part of me is scared to death I might never see her again.
