The team is 5 years away from doing much of anything at a minimum. Wayyy too many holes to fill.
-
We have the fewest draft selections over the past 3-4 years. All that goes back to these bad trades.

Tepper can’t hire anyone worth a damn.
-
I think the GM search took as long as it did because guys saw what a poo show Tepper and Rhule were.
-
Someone has to hire those football people though. So far, Tepper has been terrible at it. He doesn’t know what to look for.

Head injuries and their long term effects make them look bad. Other injuries don’t.

I disagree. I think he very much cares what people think. Either way, I think it would help for fans to voice their displeasure at every opportunity. He surrounds himself with yes men. Fans are the only place he’ll hear the truth. He’s the source of the problem, and we need to throw that in his face at every opportunity.

Some are at depression, but acceptance is around the corner.

Offensive Schemes, Running Game & Blocking FYIs
Tbe replied to Bear Hands's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yes, I think Frank is a complete yes man when it comes to what players to get. I get it though. When the team plays bad you don’t want the coaches blaming you. You want them to have the exact players they asked for. -

So you think Fitt made all these acquisitions without approval from the coaches? Im not defending Fitt, but we all know the coaches signed off on each of these players they brought in. That’s just how the NFL works. -
He might be done. Odds are low he stays healthy in the future.

100%. Footwork and he just needs to drop back further so the OL doesn’t obstruct his view so quickly. I’m baffled this brain trust of coaches isn’t doing anything about this.

Each group (ol, wr,qb) has good and bad reps. They just hardly ever have good reps at the same time. Bryce is definitely slow in his drop backs and release many times which causes him to miss the open window. Bryce is also getting swallowed up when the pocket collapses, which he can’t see or throw over. I looked back at Russel Wilson and noticed he would sprint back 10+ yards when under center. My guess is he did this so he could see. Maybe Bryce should give that a try.

Thought this was interesting to watch. No commentary.

To me it sounds like Scarnecchia could draft OL well.

Peterson called plays. Franks 2020 Colts were good, but that was Sirianni’s last year as OC before the eagles. It was downhill from there for Frank.

I’ll take Slowik as HC with Evero as DC please.
-
It’s mostly not being able to get WRs open quickly which results in more sacks and pressures.

Frank in Indy also took the best performing and highest paid OL, and turned it into a mediocre unit.

Kurt Warner's Breakdown of BY(P.U) during the Bears Game
Tbe replied to SaltAndPepper's topic in Carolina Panthers
This was obviously known by the coaches, but I remember one of them saying they wanted to keep what worked for him at bama. Not to put too much in his plate at first. This toe bounce to see over the line was what they were primarily talking about.
