They are struggling for sure. Playoffs are *STILL in play. I believe the 5 wins form 2020 gave fans a false hope. This team was not a 5 win team and then the 3-0 start happened. Most penalties in the NFL as well. They won 5 in 2020 and won 5 by week 10 so far thats progress, right? Agree about the wins coming against weak teams. So were does beating the best team record wise do, cause they did beat the cards and they do have the NFLs best record. Yea they didnt have Dhop or Murray, still a weak team like carolina should have lost that game...... I swear I feel everyone how only sees the negatives, what happened?

You are level headed in this post. I do see the issues with coaching and team morale, I am not happy with Darnold, OL, constant meaningless lies, etc. I just know were this team came form and its not a perfect ride, why is that now the only thought? If batting 1.000 is the game, I mean what are we even thinking?? Team will be getting rid of every single GM and Coach after a couple games. Non-sense..... Horn, I can add to that. Look he was injured and the team was 3-0, or 3-1. Henderson an 2020 top ten pick was available for a 2022 third AND they get back a 5th.......why is this talked about in a negative tone??? They could fill the shoes of the recent injured CB AND jags were paying most of the salary. They also paid his signing bonus and his contract/cap number is peanuts for 2022&2023. (plus theres the 5th year if he proves it...)Why would any one disagree with this??? Team according to reports loved him in the draft process. DB coach knows hendo cause he tried to recruit him and they remained friends since. Rhule has completely shat himself on QB decisions. OL is a mess as well, Ive been on his case about those for the start with Cam and draft/free agency. I do not defend wrong and he was been wrong here, plus it has hurt. If the soul focus is negatives, no problem finding them.......... Keep pounding

Still have a 1st. 2nd just think of using it on current college QB......about the same issue with Sam and most of this years QB class. Its a weak class and so is Sam. 3rd- Henderson, I do that right now as well. 2020 9th overall pick for a pick in the 70s, 100% right move for a very young elite level CB Got extra 5th in the Hendo trade, bonus. 6th for a DE/STer Johnson that has the impact of a late 6th rounder, minor gamble and lost right now. Honestly Dan Morgan needs to answer for this one. Got a extra 6th for a 7th in the perryman deal. While perryman is killing it, he was a bad team fit and didnt get the vaccine til later with the raiders. Got a 7th for Greg"worthless" little. Thats a plus Still have their 4th, 5th, 6th Finesser showed his card at trading and piling up picks, could add 2s, 3s and _____ with trading back in the first. So in a way they got 3 draft picks one year early, now the haul like team is struggling, but its not over. They can improve. Each trade is impossible to have a 100% right rate, Im stilll holding hope that Hendo becomes a solid starter. FYI he was one of the better panthers on the field vs the phins, seemed to be one of the few that cared. Not the out-come on some of the pick trading. I understand why Little, Hendo, Johnson, and perryman(i disagree with it) were traded or traded for. Darnold was a mistake right now, very little to defend this. I still hold a tiny bit of hope since they are stuck with him, no choice.

I do not get how 2021 looks like his first year and 2020 they were more competitive with much less talent. NFL is weird and all, still you are aware how bad the team was in early 2020 off-season?? Maybe the worst roster in the league, in just 1.75 years into a rebuild they are better at nearly every spot minus OL&QB. Winning 5 games feels like it gave the fans/tepper false hope, the team was not a 5 win team. Add in that 3-0 start, superbowl plans were getting made it felt like.... Who knows what type of pressure Tepper is putting on Rhule, Im old enough to member this team needing a near compete over-haul. That does NOT happen in 1.75 years, not even the master of masters Bill Paracells in all his 4 year glory was able to take team with the worse roster and turn them into winners faster. Microwave fans are killing me..... Rhule has failed finding a QB, no defending that. This team, no matter what needs much more than just a QB. Team also when form the oldest to youngest in just a little over one 1 year. Plus this is getting overlooked, but you and others need to see they've had what 80 million+ in dead cap??? It must be a two year record, a small part is by Rhules hands. I mean are we only focused on the negative and not seen how Rhule gained in positives while also screwing up(like any other coach)?? I can not believe most the high IQ panthers posters are going crazy with this team. Fiz at least sees the faults in the method of thinking for Ron vs Rhule.

Not that hard- Cam is injury-prone. OL is in the bottom 10% in everything. New play-caller and Rhule wants to run the ball. Cam gets hurt at some point soon. Your sliver sam is ready to come off IR Its that easy. Side note- My personal feel is Rhule wants Cam to fail and Rhule to still save his panther peeks(somehow).... Watch for this in the coming weeks....

Rhule should be the OC/play-caller after he fired Brady, that is the correct choice.

I had them at 2-14 last year, 5-11 was a big shock. With 11 Ls, eight of them were within one scores. Fought waaaaay above their weight class and were in it til the 12th round. That gave some false hope about this year, still got 5 wins at week 10 (which is a match for the overachievment 2020 season). 17th game does give another chance to increase the win total, but the same gos for losing total too. Plus if the team is sucking(they are), should be losing that extra game. Team is better than the 2019 off-season team and by seasons end should show win progression (above one win, i bet/hope..)

Im still ready to give Rhule his 3rd year. 5 wins first year(during coofus BS) and should win more this year. Tho if hes canned, give Finesser and Dan Morgan the opportunity to hire their first coach.

Hes a unique fellow for sure, many odd habits and is not know to brown nose unless its Michigan. Know for making drama.....drama with owners, GMs, coaches...... But wins so its overlooked.

1st time in NFL history a coach was fired 20 minutes into the gameday start. Its like they dont have a clue.... The correct way would be fire Joe Brady Sunday night and announce it Monday, who cares about bad press?? Give Joe a shot at a good job in college and the current coaches a head start on figuring out the offensive plan. Rhule fuged it up just like the QB situation.

I do not think he and Tepper would get along, like AT ALL. I think after meeting one another, Tepper would leave with a true hate for him. My number #1 want about QBs is handling adversity, my god does this legend past that test. Hit on his first 12 passes and finished something like 22 of 28. Passed for more TDs in one game than #1 overall sunshine has in last 5 games for the jags. Hes new to team as well..... Nah lets try to paid teddy 2 gloves 40 million for one season, trade draft picks plus pick the 5th year on the worst QB three years running. Rhule has the worst QB judgement and all it took for Minshew was a 6th AND AANNNNNNDDD hes under contract for 2022.

Even with all his success, Im not a big Tomlin guy. I like the case of him being in the same division as browns&beaguals, good scouts, Great QB, great D(dick lebeau), etc etc. Handed a great team with leaders other than Tomlin being the reason. Would I take him over Rhule? yes. He maybe the only person on earth that was able to control Abrown, he should get waaaaay more credit. I still member him preventing a TD by getting in the way of an kickoff TD. Got one of the best stares and has a no BS sense about him. My reasons are weak, cause after barry Switzer was handed the keys to the Blowboys, that team failed fast after that one SB win.....But Jerry Jones is running the show and not the Rooneys. I should place him among the elites cause 14 years and basically won the 2nd amount of games during? If he was a bad coach, no chance would this success lasted that long time. Elite coach for sure.

Panthers need another Jake miracle. 2022 team should be ready except at QB, which the issue is the savior needs some exp and thus can not be a rookie.

Im sure many here have been married and had friendships. Heres a fact- these relationships sometimes run a course. 40 years, 5 years etc, its best for both parties to end.... Ron and panthers relationship ran its course and thats simply it. People have hit on many thing about this, but I will bring this UP. When Ron leftd/fired/whatev the team was in TERRRRRRIIIIBBBLLLLLEEE shape. OLD and lacked young talent across the whole roster. QB- no 10 year starter on hand, or backup/young QB grow and be a starter. Ron is an D main coach and the last couple seasons, his defensives have SUCKED. Phil "65 year old never called a nfl play life time" Snow had better results with 2020 that had half the talent. Players for the first time gave up on Ron, washington right now is playing like Ron's late season panther units...

No good answer. Could be talked about form now until late off-season. Only one I feel rather firm on is Carter, hes just a top backup/ST role player type. Regardless how you feel about Cam, WRs with panther QBs&OL is a giant mess. Brady has not help either this season too. 3 defensive guys are still awful young, I think Burns is still only 25? Need better coaching I feel, Rhule and his choice of Baylor/temple staff is showing hard on the these 3. Funny cause 2020 looked much better in future regards than 2021. I really think Rhule needs to get some different NFL voices/minds in the building.....yea I know he doesnt fire coaches(he did fire DL coach). Still in order to save your NFL career, he needs to bring in NFL coaching talent. The thing is his temple/baylor staff many were the first time they gotten to that high "level"......so only 3 years as a DL coach at college level and thats your best choice??? My god wake up Rhule...... This whole deal feels like a youth issue, coaching staff and players. Public wants results NOW!!! It doesnt always work that way in the real world.
