I buy that. Maybe the biggest skill is being able to play hurt/sore/busied/etc. Every single player has injuries, its those who are able to keep the high levels while hurt. Theres a few get a sprain or sore, then play falls off a cliff.

This is my "QB sandwich" I keep having a hard time draft ILB.....

I do believe trading back is the way, I got some real doubts Finesser can pull it off.- 107 replies

They are right and I agree. Give him no more excuses and see if he can overcome maybe the worst 4 year OL start to ones career. Its alllll the hope I got left, pleeeeease bump ANY Darnold thread when they first traded for him......Its me in there calling him the worst proven QB and panthers may have the worst overall QB room. I did see the first round talent, his mental game is my greatest fear...
-
i dont know if bait or not. i do hold a 8% hope that if the panthers have a decent OL, fully season CMC health, TEs/WRs improve/grow more.....Sam can be good enough. I did see real talent in a few games, but the biggest issue is 4 years of running for his life would change ANY player. Hes needs reprogramming, dont know if current staff can work this miracle.

i surprised juilo isnt a packer right now..

Kayvon Thibodeaux??? How you feeling if he was the pick?
Basbear replied to Basbear's topic in 2025 NFL Draft
3 Ifs If panthers can not trade back If Kayvon is still available IF both Neal and Ink are gone Then Kavyon is the realist BPA and Id all for picking him even with knowing his few red flags. Just too much talent and panthers low-key need another DE to pair with Burns. My opinion has gotten better, just got to believe his focus is high effort NFL ball. I think hes more than able. -
I believe the 2013 one didnt have a QB in the top 15, tho I think the bills picked EJ Manuel with the 16th pick and everyone laughed at them for years....
-
If Sam wanted attention, he picked a great dead zone for it....... Ive listen to bits and it felt like listening biden. More talk more down-falling, tho Sam would do better if he knew the questions.

Dont tell anyone but I had offered Chuck on one his 4,598 alts that Jamin Davis would have the better year over Parsons.......................... Parsons should have gotten a few DMVP votes, in the three games I watch, he was a game changer......super impressive. Best D rookie since ADarnold. I even remember him doing pushups on the sideline cause he needed the work.....legit and I was wrong about him not being worth a top ten pick.

It's correct, the WR salaries are insane and nearly QB levels. You could put TMJ here too if he lives up to his hype. props to panthers staff.

This thread is a good window in the current thoughts and actions of people. It's maybe the biggest problem the USA is facing- defending wrong. Dislike someone, some group, some opinion, some numbers, now you have to dig in deep and hate everyone else about that person/group/topic etc. Just sad. What happened.....

KC looking to trade up into top 10.
Basbear replied to DaveThePanther2008's topic in Carolina Panthers
I would take iants two 1st for the 6th, try to squeeze a couple late rounders...but i would do it for 2 in the mid. -
KC looking to trade up into top 10.
Basbear replied to DaveThePanther2008's topic in Carolina Panthers
I need more points. top 6 jump form 29 is a whole different deal. Many teams only give 16 players 1st round grades. Im not getting a first rounder in talent if you are drafting 29th. Plus all the work the scouts put in and now the plan is totally different? Nah I need more.. as busta says- "gimmie some moar!" -
Its fine, minor draft fun addition.

KC looking to trade up into top 10.
Basbear replied to DaveThePanther2008's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yea i need more than that. About my fav moment form the draft late year was Tepper- " DONT CALL US WITH NEGATIVE POINTS!!!!" While Finnesser and Rhule were in full war room mode. 1-6th is a prime spot. -
Just a nice fair friendly bet, no mortgages involved. Just ava picture rights and lite ribbing.
-
@LinvilleGorge I came up with a good fair bet. Terms- If howell is drafted 1-29 you win. 30th= push 31 and back me Avatar rights until first real panther game. Deal?

I take 1,2,3 for 16 everytime. I know the unwritten rule is a future pick is worth one round less than a now pick. Doesnt work with 1st, and frankly that saints pick has a better chance at being much better than 16 next year. It is a comp 3rd, still a great pick and better than 4-7. Again simply the trade is for 1st for 1st, and iggles get a future 2nd and comp 3rd. Even the value number is off the on trade charts. Iggles had 3 ones and that allowed this trade. You could get about ANY player in the league for a 1,2,3 even if two are in the 23-24. This is Everette Brown Smarty Marty Herniay bad and it can be waaaaaaay worse if the saints finish with a 4-13 record.... If the saints needed _____ that should have offered that same package and got a proven player. I do see the short term vs long term deal, but this draft doesnt have 16 elite players, I dont even think it has one. Its a high risk trade with terrible odds.

You duke fans suure live up to poo-stain rep, the level of smug needed to talk after UNC closed out Ks career TWICE. Pure clown move and foolishness.
