McDaniel: Bryce is a baller with a bright future
ForJimmy replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think he is broken. He hinted at someone being on meth for saying most QBs need talent around them to be successful. -

I really like him as a HC. He is weird as hell, but knows his poo. I'm pretty jealous.... -

It's the one that JT was pretty high one. Great anticipation, threw it to exactly where AT (or number 19 as he called him) was going to be and led him perfectly in the hands. It's funny The Huddle was pretty excited about it at the time. Now you are down on Young so you are seeing the exact play in a different light. -
A host on Lions flagship radio proposes Williams + first for Burns

I don't think Burns wants to be hear anymore. We might as well trade him off for a decent return. -

That last play of preseason where he threw the TD to AT looked like a 15 yard out and it was pretty damn accurate. I don't recall seeing too many ran during the reason season in general. -

So a first and a third for Burns? The third also has some chemistry with our new QB. It's not a terrible deal, just try to ignore the Rams offer last year. -

Mecole Hardman - Potential Trade Target?
ForJimmy replied to UNCrules2187's topic in Carolina Panthers
We should have done that Jefferson trade. Super low cost for a solid WR that would see a lot of playing time on this roster. -
Falcons just got Van Jefferson for their 6th plus they get the Rams 7th. That’s a deal we should have done.

PFF grades vs Lions (Bryce in bottom 5 yet again)

YGM is progressing under Evero. He should be extended for cheap. Barno got a good score and DJ Johnson did the other week. We need to trade Burns and let these other guys develop plus Haynes should be back soon. -
Oh he doesn’t need to take many hits, but he has taken some big ones and jumped right up from them. He is a tough little guy.

Don't be jelly. I enjoy your posts too!

Like the ones super athlete AR has been taking? Despite all of his negatives I will say that Young has shown to be pretty damn tough. I'll give him that.

Turnovers are part of the growing pains. I want us to open up the offense for him go no huddle and let him throw it down the field. If he throws picks that is ok this year, learn from it. As long as he is developing and getting TDs as well the turnovers are just part of it. Hell Manning threw more INTs than TDs his rookie year and only won 3 games. Brady and Mahomes were able to sit for at least a year so it's not apples to apples in a Young comparison. As several people have stated Stroud having a great year is making everyone be harder on Young. Young hasn't played like the number 1 pick that I get, but he is simply playing like a rookie QB on a bad team with questionable coaching. That's why I want him to let loose, improvise, spread the defense out and see if he can do any of those things he did at Alabama.

Appreciate it! I could say the same about you as well. One of the posters I enjoy reading on here.

I would be curious to see how Stroud would look in this mess. I'm sure he would look better, but not as good as he does in a franchise that appears to have leadership and a HC that knows how to delegate/trusts his staff. @CamWhoaaCam you are always quick to admit when you are wrong, well you were right about Wilks over Reich and us signing Hopkins.

Yes it was Brian Johnson, but he got promoted to the Eagles OC so I am not sure he would have taken the job.
