  1. From what I have seen, Raanta has looked significantly better than Anderson. I'd try and trade Anderson if we could
  2. The sad thing is this trade may have been a win for the Seahawks if it was just Wilson for Lock straight up
  3. I think more important than changing players would be replacing Shula with a competent OC. Honestly, even with Moton, Gross, Icky, or whoever you want to put at RT, prime Von Miller was pretty much impossible to stop. The ridiculous part was putting a bottom 5% OT on an island against Von Miller without any TE or RB support/chip.
  4. I wouldn't - I am too worried about throwing big bucks at QBs whose greatest strength is running. As we saw with Cam, all it takes is 1 hit to significantly impact their usefulness. With Lamar running as much as he does, I think it's honestly a matter of time. I don't want to pay a crippling contract for someone that could easily be injured. We have to find one in the draft.
  5. Not sure I can blame them - they won't be with an NFL team next year...
  6. Honestly, it's pretty easy. You IR all of your good players and give them some hush money (or pay them any incentives they miss out on by sitting out). Then you play bums and start Baker.
  7. As a probable day 3 QB, I'd take a look at Jordan Travis from FSU (granted, I am biased as an FSU fan). I think he has looked really good this year in how he has moved in the pocket, accurately throwing on the run, has good zip on his passes, and is capable of putting good touch on the ball when throwing (usually out of the pocket). And he's doing this with an average at best o-line. Much like Cam, he definitely needs to work on his footwork when throwing, as he tends to sail some of his passes.
  8. I think we have pretty much guaranteed ourselves of finishing outside the top five in the draft. Stroud and young won't drop that far, so I guess might as well try and win out and make the playoffs and get curbstomped by 30 against a team that isn't the broncos, Steelers, or NFC South team...
  9. Somewhere between Baker Mayfield at his best and PJ Walker at his worst. Does that help?
  10. Off topic, but to all the people that said tank for Maye and take him #1 next year need to mute themselves for a while. I think GT gave the blueprint for how to play him and NC St. is doing the same thing to shut him down. Just keep him in the pocket and he is not going to hurt you - you don't even need to sack him, just have the DEs contain rush and he will still run out of the pocket for no reason.
  11. Teddy's the guy that can secure a big lead as QB, but can never take you the length of the field for a TD when you need 1. QBs like that aren't hard to find. Nothing against Teddy, as he's the best QB we have had in the past 3 seasons, but he's a bridge QB/backup QB/starting QB for the bottom 20% of the league. Nothing more.
  12. Sam Darnold needs to do his job of looking as terrible as he did the second half of last year to ensure pick #2 for us
  13. As bad as Jimmy was, he had a whole lot of nothing to help him on offense. He did his job of tanking for Cam
  14. Well, in Baker's defense, he may have the worst OC ever
  15. Not even close. We had a lot of turrible QBs before Jake
  16. That 4th Quarter is still the best 4th Q I have seen in a superbowl. Unfortunately we came out on the wrong end (fuging Kasay's turrible kickoff...). As much as I love Luke & Cam and how great we were in 2015, this team is (and possibly will always be) my favorite Panthers team.
  17. I still like Stroud, but want to see how he performs at the combine. His accuracy and touch is really impressive. I wouldn't be upset with Young either. It just needs to be one of those 2 - there is a huge dropoff afterwards
  18. Man, the difference between 3 wins and 4 wins for us is pick #2 vs. 10. We absolutely cannot win another game. Unfortunately, I think we will accidentally win some game we shouldn't because our D is good enough to steal a game against an average or worse team
  19. As long as Baker is our QB and McDooDoo is our OC, I have hope we can lose out
  20. Outside of Mike Remmers, the 2015 O-line played really good. Oher honestly was really good in pass protection, minus the superbowl. Remmers was a bum that our retard OC Shula decided to have block Von Miller the entire game without a TE chip or RB support... Still one of the most baffling stupid decisions in Panthers playcalling history
