Can’t see that happening. But I could see the Patriots bringing back McD in some offensive capacity next season with the understanding that he’ll be the heir apparent for BB when he decides to hang it up.

We should trade TMJ for whatever we can get. -

Petition to move Icky to guard and Moton to LT
Prowler2k18 replied to Frank9999's topic in Carolina Panthers
I agree with moving Icky inside but switching Moton to LT would be a bad move. I’d rather stick with Ickey until we draft or sign a replacement that forcing Moton to switch sides halfway through the season. -
Ickey is fuging garbage - the official thread™
Prowler2k18 replied to Sean Payton's Vicodin's topic in Carolina Panthers
He struggled with speed rushers last year also. Under Wilks we became more run-oriented which actually plays to his strength and exposed him less. -
I know the Wolfpack faithful don’t like to hear this…but Ickey is NOT a T and needs to be moved inside. He’s always struggled with speed rushers and it’s going to get BY killed.

Our run blocking has gone to sh-t.
-
We had the opportunity to scout him extensively during the draft process. I’m sure that knowledge is helping us keep him in check.

Tepper’s impatience and resulting desperation are the reasons we’re in this mess. The dizzying quarterback carousel we’ve had to endure since he took over is squarely on his shoulders and now a promising young QB will potentially be ruined due to lack of roster talent and incompetence. I have a feeling this rapidly spiraling season is what it will have to take for him to learn the hard way - trust the people you hire to make football decisions and back off.
-
Don’t have to worry about that. I do agree with the Tua/Young comparisons specifically their stages of development. And while I still think we should’ve taken Stroud, Wonderlic or whatever competency test results be damned, there’s no guarantee he would fare any better with the current state of our roster. Nothing we can do about it. We have to be patient and give Young time. Remember - trust the process I’ll see myself out

Hayden Hurst agrees. Hope this mistake corrects itself at the end of the season.

We are quickly becoming an extra bye week for our opponents. Making career days for backups across the League - that’s the “way of the Panthers”

Believe me, his blocking is not much better than his receiving. This guy is an underachiever that s/h never been re-signed considering lack f production and off-the-field indiscretions at the time. Another of the countless ways Rhule screwed us.

And on screens at that. WTH????

I’d say we’d have at least 1 win under our belts, maybe we’d be 2-3 but no better. Most of our issues have been on the offensive side of the ball, even before the injuries started piling up.

Prayers up for Zavala. Glad it wasn’t as serious as we feared. Regarding his play on the me field, he showed much better standing in at RG than when he was switched to the left side. It can’t be easy for a rookie to make an adjustment from playing one side of the line to the other so early in the season and without sufficient reps (remember he was limited in TC due injury), even if it was the position he played in college. That said, this may injury be a blessing in disguise, as Mays played better @ LG and “Doc Throck” has filled in capably @ RG, which means we don’t have to rush Corbitt back until he’s healthy.

Yup this is officially a blowout

Yet another game watching Henderson getting toasted.
