Fitt isnt even a real GM, he is a yes man who does whatever he is told. He should have been out the door with Rhule. I thought Reich would be better than this, but he was not my first option for HC. It might have helped if we didnt choose a guy with so many physical limitations to be our franchise QB. IT seems like the coaching staff is spending more time trying to hide him than being able to install an actual gameplan. Wasting our draft choices on questionable players certainly doesnt help either.

It is very clear now, Tepper keeps meddling and wont commit to a full rebuild. He is going full Hurney like we are a one piece away team when actually we are miles away. We should have a solid roster by this point but all of our draft picks have been squandered away and our trades/FA have been ass. Half of the huddle could have made better decisions than Tepper has made.

If we still have Fitt and Tepper calling the shots we are fugged, even if we had 200m. Look how much they paid guys like Chosen and Ian Thomas....

Its almost like you guys havent noticed all the fuging busts and JAGs we have drafted over the past several years. One tiny QB isnt going to solve a teams lack of talent, especially when several of our best guys are out with injury.

With Tepper/Nicole being the true GM we are never going to get any better or have a great HC. Any idiot could see you dont take an undersized QB with a average Arm and agility at #1 after trading away assets for the pick, you take the guy with the highest upside. Young could still be good, but it will take the perfect situation, he cant elevate the guys around him, especially with terrible OL play.

Thats the biggest problem. His biggest asset supposedly is his processing but we want to call 15 screens a game which only has one option to throw to. We are 0-5, open the damn playbook and let him play, go up tempo, idc if we dont call another screen all season.

How do you noobs think that Purdy would look in our offense and Bryce in theirs? It would not be pretty for Brock and Bryce would look more like a 1st round pick. I wanted Stroud over young, so I'm not a fan boy of his, but don't compare Vienna sausage to a sirloin steak

And Fitt still wants to trade away more for a WR. Get his ass out the door, he should have been gone with Rhule. There is no quick fix for this poo we have built, we dont have any true impact players drafted since Hurney left. You cant trade away all your picks and miss on the ones you do have for years and years and not expect to suck all because we added mighty mouse at QB.

At this point is any team dumb enough to pay him what he wants?? He is nowhere near the level of the top tier edge guys.

This is what a lot of us were talking about leading up to the draft but everyone thought it was because of his size. I personally called out his average to below average arm strength and running speed to go along with him being too small. Maybe he can get it turned around, not giving up on him yet, but damn 42/71 for 299 yards with 2 TDs and 2 INTs is about as piss poor as it can get. They need to inject some life into this offense and these lame ass play calls are not getting it done.

I was half joking, but seriously I'm already tired of 20+ pass attempts and less than 200 yards passing. Our offense is so uninspiring.

Baker is still ass. His lone TD yesterday was a prayer he put up to Evans in double coverage. We dont have a WR or TE that is going to pull in balls like that. It helps a ton when you have weapons, Their #2 Godwin is better than any WR we have had in years when healthy.

Fitt should have been gone with Rhule. Why even consider keeping his yes man around? No real gms were taking this job with Rhule piloting the ship. Ergo, Fitt is as fake as they come.

Thats cool, my original post was about Fitt being shown the door with Rhule and co. and I still believe that. He is the weak link of our front office imo. He might doom Reichs time here with his bad drafting and we will need to rid ourselves of both of them, but will probably just fire Fitt and get a new GM. I dont want to go into a cycle of new coach, new gm every other year. They should have been hired in the same cycle, Fitt had done nothing to make keeping him a great move and nobody would have had a problem with letting him go.

All because of Burns? I just dont see it. He is not that great bro. We were fuging losing anyway. This fanbase watched JP, a future HOF, walk for nothing. I am sure we could have gotten over losing a fringe pro bowler. Burns is quickly becoming the edge version of Shaq Thompson.

We also had a bad ass defense and a generational QB in his prime. This year our best Defensive player is a pass rusher only and we have a rookie QB.
