  1. Love Raleigh, love Charlotte…but Charleston, SC is king for living in the Carolinas.
  2. Regarding 3-point shooting battle: Chuck: “Not only are they (Bama) not winning it…they’re losing it.” Kenny: “Yeah Chuck usually when you’re not winning you’re losing”
  3. Wow we beat the Cavs? I can’t watch the games where I’m at but that’s a good squad they took down. LaMelo, you watching bro? We need you. Brandon Miller scores 31 points on seven 3s as Hornets beat Cavaliers 118-111 CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- — Rookie Brandon Millermade seven 3-pointers and finished with 31 points, and the Charlotte Hornets beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 118-111 on Wednesday night to avenge a 23-point loss earlier in the week. Miles Bridges and Tre Mann each added 17 points and Grant Williams had 16 for the Hornets, who shot 58% from the field to snap a five-game losing streak. Vasa Micic had 11 points and 12 assists, and Nick Richards added 11 points and 10 rebounds.
  4. Public Service Announcement: Can we please stop calling guys “DJ” on this board. Diontae works just great for this player.
  5. Tepper: “So we have 4th round grades on all of the Top QB’s and wouldn’t touch any of them at 33. I’ve talked to the GM’s across the league and they all agree. This is just between me and you Adam, another round of shots on me.” (Double-Reverse 3D Checkers)
  6. We developed Cam Newton into a battering ram.
  7. Watching Legette’s film, I’m pretty underwhelmed at #33. 3rd round, for sure.
  8. At 6’7 315, Nijman was dubbed the "World's Biggest Robot"[16] by teammate, quarterback Aaron Rodgers, after doing "The Robot" dance during a touchdown celebration. Rodgers praised Nijman for his play, stating that he "almost forgot about that side of the line", implying he trusted Nijman to protect his blindside.
  9. Biased (VT) but he’s a pretty solid Left Tackle. Aaron Rodgers loved him in Green Bay.
  10. UVA just got hosed more than anyone, lol.
  11. PJ Washington is not very good. Seeing him on a decent team, it’s pretty clear.
  12. My college QB and WR’s are down in Miami right now practicing with Shedeur Sanders and his squad. I would hope our pro QB is doing something similar, learning from people better than him.
  13. DJ Wonnum Diontae Johnson D’Shawn Jamison Dane Jackson Nevermind all the references to DJ Moore Donte Jackson on this board… We should be really popular at parties.
  14. Tepper bringing in all the DJ’s to his wife’s proud concert venue.
  15. I know Memphis is missing major pieces right now, but beating them (handily) in Memphis last night is pretty impressive for the Hornets. The new guys seem to be playing well together.
  16. Exactly. We won that trade and Steelers fans will admit it if pressed.
  17. Except Cam is 34. Joe Flacco is 39 and just signed a $9mil deal to be a backup. Cam must be making MAD money in his other ventures, because he could kill it as a backup at worst.
  18. I’m looking at it like the Hornets. PJ, Terry, and Hayward were never gonna get us anywhere. Just tear off the band-aid, get some picks and younger players, and let’s start over. We’ll suck for a while but at least there is promise/hope/upside.
  19. Highlights # 2, 6, 7, and 9 sound dead-on like Eric Colins. He has ties to the Midwest, but I don’t see much about him currently tied to the B1G. Thats him though IMO, his style is legendary AF.
  20. Terry is starting to ball for Miami right now, but I still think the moves we made are for the best. Hayward has done literally almost nothing. PJ pretty much the same. The young guys we brought in have shown some promise, just need to get Melo and Mark and company back on the court and see what we have.
  21. Am I crazy or is that not Hornets announcer Eric Collins calling some of those plays? (Best announcer in sports)
  22. I understand the risks, but getting a potential #1 WR for someone you were gonna cut anyway is hard to fathom. Also, Steelers fans are spouting out about Diontae’s negatives but hardly any of them are talking about the player they got in return. Ask Mike Evans for his opinion of Donte Jackson, lol.
