I’m looking at it like the Hornets. PJ, Terry, and Hayward were never gonna get us anywhere. Just tear off the band-aid, get some picks and younger players, and let’s start over. We’ll suck for a while but at least there is promise/hope/upside.

Highlights # 2, 6, 7, and 9 sound dead-on like Eric Colins. He has ties to the Midwest, but I don’t see much about him currently tied to the B1G. Thats him though IMO, his style is legendary AF.

Terry is starting to ball for Miami right now, but I still think the moves we made are for the best. Hayward has done literally almost nothing. PJ pretty much the same.
