  1. Do you grade movies 10 minutes into the movie as well
  2. I think this is sneakily our best signing. BC if Ickey doesn't work out our offensive line is once again completely fuged even with the new guards. this guy will at least give us average level starting ability (aka what Cam Newton basically prayed for every year of his career with us after Gross retired)
  3. really don't think you can grade it yet because you have no idea how this is going to look as a finished product. But for Vision and sticking to a plan I give them a B+. It's very clear we went into this offseason needing to upgrade the offensive line and talent around Bryce. Thus far we have done both and I highly suspect another WR is on the way in the draft
  4. oh if reddick gets cut sign him immediately. He was our best defensive player a few years ago.
  5. I don't know whether its secondary to injuries or effort but Chase Young should be better than he is. With us signing Wonnum we already have our young upside swing guy, I actually prefer Clowney as an established vet on the other side
  6. I would like to add a center through the draft at some point, and I believe they will target Zach Frazier with either pick 33 or 39
  7. Further if a really good team trades their first next year and they make it to the final four you really only gain a draft position of a couple spots, not really worth it imo
  8. teams are really really hesitant to trade a first round pick. It's much more likely someone tries to leap frog up from ~ pick 40 which would likely net us an extra fourth rounder I am all for trading down however if there isn't a sure fire prospect there
  9. we lose bc we *probably* picked the wrong guy. But if we had taken stroud that trade would have been an easy W for us.
  10. fair enough then play Johnson at Y, Mingo at z (gulp) and Thielen as a TE
  11. Here's my thing, if Caleb Williams does not work out the Bears by definition lost the trade because they could have just taken CJ Stroud
  12. pretty ricky on twitter is saying it's between us and the Jets. Would love this signing on a short term incentive based deal He can be our X, Dionte can be the Z and Thielen can be the y Would still allow us to develop Mingo and draft a young guy with no pressure to contribute immediately
  13. Patrick Queen *Sucked* before Roquan got to Baltimore. This feels like a classic free agency bust signing. People just remember him for being a first round pick.
  14. He will likely look better this year just by default of playing with better talent around him, whether or not he ends up being a franchise LT remains to be seen. I have my doubts but god I would love to be wrong
  15. I agree, IMO Higgins stock is only going to get lower (see Brian Burns trade value). Makes sense to wait and let Cincy assure their own mutual destruction
  16. We aren't trading for Higgins yall
  17. totally agree. The fundamental problem with Tepper is he has had success elsewhere in life and in his narcissism truly believes he knows better than everyone else.
  18. Trading Burns for a second and fifth round pick is asinine. When you turned down the Rams offer you chose to re-sign him. It's your own fault for not doing it earlier. Play hard ball with him, if needed let him play on the franchise tag or sit out. But eventually he would have come around and we could have worked out a deal with him
  19. Panthers have a Tepper problem. We keep pointing the finger at different people Hurney, Rhule, Fitterer and now Morgan, when the only constant in these bad decisions is Tepper
  20. we've been fuged since Tepper bought the team. We won't be unfuged until he either sells or truly let's go (don't kid yourselves into believing he's in the "background" now. He hired Dan so Dan could be his new puppet)
  21. Again i have no problem with a rebuild but you should not lose assets for less than their value
  22. I'm actually fine with this as long as they draft a young guy. Bring the young guy along slowly and let Corbett handle the job for next year
  23. I think you elucidated exactly why he's still here. Tepper views Evero as an asset, a coach that can get average level play out of below average talent. (now whether that happens remains to be seen, I don't think anyone could produce a pass rush with our current roster) I don't think Tepper gives a fug about Evero's feelings/future job prospects.
