When did you figure out Rhule was a fraud?
SOJA replied to Randolph Panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
in his second year when he punted from the opponents 32 yard line -
I think we should be prepared to let burns walk
SOJA replied to electro's horse's topic in Carolina Panthers
I wouldn't give him the largest contract in the league but he is still a top 10 defensive end -
He's terrible, man how unfortunate we are LAC took Herbert as Hurney was all geared up to draft him at 7. TBH that draft didn't have a lot of good options for us at 7

Our last two first round picks, Icky and Horn.....BUSTS
SOJA replied to GOAT's topic in Carolina Panthers
Idk if i would call Horn a bust yet but he had a rough day as his first game action in a long time -
can't wait will be the first day in a long time this franchise has shown any commitment towards building a winning franchise
-
considering our only draft picks next year are 1, 2, 5, and 7 I'd say it was a good idea we didnt waste any more picks

Baker Could Be our “Brees”
SOJA replied to Move the Panthers to Raleigh's topic in Carolina Panthers
hire Bryon Leftwich next year and really go for it -
This offseason has been an umitigated disaster all around. We are definitely a worse team than we were last year.
-
no way I'd trade him unless we got insane value for him (won't happen).

Loved it. They've reeled me right back in

This is something I've always thought about Brady's Bucs. He has really benefited from one of the best O-lines in the league who have been iron clad in their health. Brady can get the ball out faster than anyone but this will be a test for him this year. I wouldn't pencil the Bucs into the Superbowl just yet

Why was Josh Norman a one hit wonder?
SOJA replied to Sean Payton's Vicodin's topic in Carolina Panthers
He was always a ball hawk but it took him a long time to both mature on and off the field and also get out of Rivera's doghouse. That 2015 defense was just so special and just had so much swag it's hard to pinpoint one exact thing that helped him. I never liked his fit in WAS but his first year he was pretty good, I think injuries and age got to him after that. -
Ehhh I agree to an extent but I still think Matt Rhule is an inferior coach to McDermott. Also Brandon Beane has been one of, if not the best, GM since starting at Buffalo. I'm excited for Fitts future but he's got a long way to go to prove himself like Beane has. Ultimately I agree having a stud QB solves a lot of issues but the Bills are a contender due to the team they've built and coached around Allen in addition to the talent himself.

What happened to jangler?
-
this is some wild speculation
-
Insane that it took this long for Rhule to announce what was a foregone conclusion. If you had actually wanted Brady to compete at LT you should have played him there LAST SEASON when we didn't have a LT. Now you've hampered Brady's growth at not only LT but at LG where he projects better as a pro jesus fug
-
I'd actually be fine with signing him. Our DT depth is painfully thin
-
I have been pounding the table for this forever. The guy was a pretty good center!
-
I will say this, when we have a new coaching staff next year, I would love for us to draft a center prospect to take over the reigns moving froward That would make our future at offensive line set for years with Ickey-Brady-Young Center-RG (mays, FA signing)-Moton

Give me three players that impressed you on Saturday
SOJA replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
I honestly wouldn't mind a rewatch but - Brady Christensen (I am so fuging mad Matt Rhule refused to play him last year at either LT or LG and instead had him trying backup RT for the whole year) - Shi Smith. Guy is just a playmaker - Brandon Smith, saw a couple great plays and a couple where he seemed to be a rookie. Regardless I was not expecting much from him so it was a pleasant surprise I think the biggest thing that stuck out to me was that Baker is, at minimum, a competent quarterback. Idk if he will ever win a superbowl, but I haven't see a QB that is competent since Cam got hurt -
I hate matt rhule I just thought the joke was funny lmao

I love the huddle so much because I read the article and my takeaway was....man he seems like a nice guy, maybe I just judged him too harshly and then this is like the top comment. never change yall.

wasn't hindsight for me, I wanted SGA that night and likely have the posts on here to prove it
