I have been on the fire Fitt train since 2021. I though and still think we should have fired him with Rhule. So no I am not miserable. I just think he isn’t a good GM and these last 2 pick further show proof that he isn’t.

You “Tepper is meddling” people to chill. If Tepper meddles as you think then we would have traded up for Herbert, drafted Fields, not traded for Darnold. All that happened because Tepper let the football people do what they wanted. I think the same applies here. Tepper for sure has someone he wants but he will default to the football minds. TLDR: Tepper has and never did meddle. But considering some of the decisions Rhule and co made. Maybe he should have.

We don’t have a bad offensive line and the coaches can teach him to protect himself. People are overblowing the injury concerns.

Only way Panthers trade down is if we can get a haul and if the QB the Panthers want is guaranteed to be there at the pick they trade down to. That said, we aren’t trading down and they not telling the pick who they picked isn’t a red flag.
