    I get where they're coming from, in the sense that Snow is using College concepts to scheme up a 'free hitter' on the play. College defence is much worse than Pro defence tho as they don't have as much time to practice or study tape - so it's a petty comment.

    They've had a COVID outbreak in their camp. I'm sure they're just being super cautious. You can still catch COVID if you're vaccinated.

    If you watch the Tim Jenkins video about it that's exactly the case. The amount of times he goes "well this is just an awful play call - and I don't think Darnold is allowed to audible" is ridiculous. For the record I think we go to the LOS with two play calls - you hear Darnold yell 'kill kill' quite a lot. He's checking into the alternate play call then.

    Lots of NFL teams are running College concepts on offence. Why wouldn't you run College concepts on defence?

    I think it mainly just goes to show how good McCaffrey is. That said, if Hubbard is the only bust in this class then I'll take it - to be honest he doesn't look that explosive atm.

    We definitely take our foot off the pedal in the second half and we don't have the Oline to do that. We can't consistently convert on 3rd and short on the ground so drives stall out. We play to protect the lead rather than to extend it - it's a very worrying trend.

    Exactly. Taking the ball out of the hands of the best RB in the game to give it to a bloke that's 10lbs heavier isn't going to make a blind bit of difference. You'd be better off putting Brown in on short yardage downs if you want someone to be moved off the line.
