We know how it ends dude we've lived it for the last 15+ years with Fox and Rivera. Except there isn't a Steve Smith or a Cam Newton walking through the door to carry him to a Super Bowl. You know what they say about the definition of insanity right?

Some people say we don't have to draft a QB in the first to hit. Well same can be said for WR. Metcalf is one of the leagues premier receivers and he was taken in the second round. See this goes both ways we can play that game all day. We have extra picks keep them and stack talent let the chips fall where they may.

That was a mid 90's customized Dodge Ram actually. Like the one in Walker Texas Ranger.

Eagles gotta be watching this game pretty excited for their offense. Dak is horrific. Left 14 points on the field easily.
-
I can't wait to see Purdy trying to toss these easy passes across the middle against the Eagles defense.
-
Yeah he's a douchecanoe. If they do somehow make it to another Super Bowl I will relish seeing him lose another one.
-
Dak is so damn terrible lmao.

Reminds me of a combination of the Mac Jones hype and the Kyle Allen mania here. Hopefully he eventually implodes like Daniel Jones.

Damn all the new lifelong Bills fans in the Carolinas are gonna be depressed tonight.

New PFT article on what the Saints want for Payton
frankw replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
I get the rivalry and not wanting him due to that and the compensation but comparing Payton to Rivera is where folks are letting the rivalry cloud their reasoning. He's significantly better than Ron Rivera. That's just the truth. -

Keep our draft picks and just hire Steichen.

Welp. So much for the Giants...

I am rooting for the GIANTS tonight and you should too!

I agree about seeing a first time team getting their trophy. I'd rather not see the Jaguars get one before us though call me petty if you want but that would sting after losing two. They got eliminated though so we can shelve that scenario for another season. All that being said. This is why we need to nail this coaching hire. The division is up for grabs the next several years. -
Gee I wonder who this is

Go on record now before the hire is made Re: Sean Payton
frankw replied to GOAT's topic in Carolina Panthers
If someone is going to quit being a Panthers fan over Sean Payton it's rather melodramatic but I guess do you. It probably isn't even going to happen. But if I were going to throw in the towel it wouldn't be over this. Been through plenty worse as a Panthers fan this is nothing. -
If we trade assets for Sean Payton I'd put the odds of Darnold being the starter for 2023 at about 1%

Other reasons like what? That I don't like the Cowboys or the Niners? Spoiler alert: I don't! The NFC playoffs are all teams that have already won a Super Bowl and one of them will be representing the NFC so if you don't like that maybe don't watch -

Giants last one was over a decade ago and the Eagles have one win compared to the Niners and Cowboys who have ten combined Super Bowl trophies. Some of ya'll will create an argument over anything lol. -

Wouldn't hurt my feeling at all to see the Eagles or Giants go far. Just knock off the 49ers. Tired of those franchises making the big game. -
Interim coaches in general by and large have not been successful when given the permanent role I think there are one or two exceptions.
-
Yeah but you have to make an attempt to slow them down. To not only keep allowing it to happen but also electing not to go for it on fourth and short all with the playoffs on the line and knowing you need to get in to strengthen your chances to become the permanent head coach. Just not a good look. And people are giving him props for going 6-6 like that's all we're shooting for here. Simply being better than Rhule is not the bar for our next head coach.
