This feels like a bad matchup just like last year vs the Browns week 1, an extremely capable running team with a really good back vs our defensive weakness. The contrast is stark watching that video and then clicking on the Bryce Young video. Bryce is operating on a different planet, with a different skillset and scheme obviously but still. I feel pretty bad for Bears fans, but at least Fields is dynamite running the ball. They tootled it trading that pick to us IMO but they actually might have a shot at a good QB in this next draft if things don't improve.

Bears really chose a QB who makes JT's face go like this on Year 2 of Preseason action over Bryce Young who he lauded at the end of the video saying he's got "Capital A" Anticipation on par with the best in the league already. That's tough! Funny theme of all of JT's video on Bryce so far is how much he criticizes "Nineteen" (Adam Thielen) for some stuff he sees on film. That might just be our WR1!

Bit the bullet and made my purchase for the year. Between Fantasy and being out of market for a new exciting rookie QB here in Carolina it was kind of a no brainer.

Yeah he's awful paired with Florio, just offers nothing of substance. He's usually pretty good when Dan Patrick interviews him, I always enjoy his QB draft analysis, and he's got some interesting perspective just having been in the league a little bit.

He's always been leery on Bryce because of his size. He hasn't been shy about it, this is just boring filler offseason content for now. I enjoy listening to some of his takes on the NFL when the season starts. Just never consume any of his content when he's paired with Florio.

It was oddly reassuring watching him take some decent hits and pop back up immediately. Media has made it such a talking point that it made me nervous without seeing him play any live NFL snaps. That being said he does not to be taking these kinds of shots all the time. It was disappointing that all he could muster up was a first down in his live action but I would not hold much of that against him. He passed the eye test and did not look lost like Corral and many other QB’s do in preseason.

OL was very disappointing today. Okay to acknowledge Jets have a great D line as well but they straight up no showed today. They should get an ass chewing. We also saw how important Miles Sanders will be for us this year.

Yeah the Panthers were absolutely freaking pathetic that day. Completely deserved the loss and essentially ruined the best year in franchise history. Complete failure from the top down on the biggest game you can earn in the sport. Cam gave everyone the ammo they were craving all year after finally proving how good he could be and Ron turned into a frozen pumpkin on the sideline. Pathetic, pathetic stuff and I don't want to think about it.
