All that has been said in this thread is why Wilks shouldnt be the choice. Im tired of hearing all over 99.9 that Wilks should get it and has proved he should be it. NO HE HAS NOT! At some point Tepper needs to step in on these types of situations when we are out of playoff contention and tell the coaches to stop playing starters. Or maybe the players association should step in and something needs to be made that if teams are out of the playoffs, regular starters can only play a certain about of minutes? yeah the way we lost blew it for him. You cant be a defensive minded coach and have your defense play like that. You also cant be a reason why your team losses in the most important game of your coaching career. His decision making, especially punting twice at midfield, sunk his chances. At least it should have.
