Even if he does dominate the sport to where he is a consistent top 5 qb every week, how does he change the game exactly? If he dominates, will the NFL all of a sudden value a smaller height over a bigger one? Will it all of a sudden place playmaking on a higher pedestal than tangibles like arm strength and accuracy or intangibles like leadership? No. There's a reason, outside of Michael Vick, and Patrick Mahomes, has the QB position evolved, and honestly, this feels like the QB position's final form. The running, magic creating playmaker who can get it to your receivers. If you want to say Bryce Young is another example of this new type of QB, you got me, but to otherwise say Bryce Young is going to usher a new type of QB. No. We're already at the final form.

That was him, but I'm guessing ESPN told him "Hey! Post a new #1! We need to talk about something new!"

Andy Dalton was a productive starter and a multiple time pro bowler. He was a good QB in the mid 2010s, and I'm pretty sure this franchise it's only tie because of him.

So basically we have no idea who will be drafted

I don't know why, and this is totally unfounded and solely my opinion, but CJ stroud gives me Kirk Cousins vibes and I haven't the slightest clue why. -

Well if it's between stroud and young, I expect young. -
I'm surprised no one has mentioned pink panthers unis yet.

Hello my friends. If the FO and the CS (coaching staff) were to stay at an impasse through the draft, with... say Reich and Co wanting CJ Stroud and the FO wanting... say... Bryce Young, who would Tepper side with and break the tie with? Will he side with Reich and say "Stroud is CAR bound?" or will he side with Fitt and say "Young makes me feel young. Pick him."

I could be wrong, but has there ever been a more spirited debate in franchise history?

A fun hypothetical. Put rookie Cam with this coaching staff. What does his career look like? -
Hey guys, so seeing as how our finalists for the QB position have been narrowed down to Stroud or Richardson, I stumbled across this video that I don't think many huddlers have seen. So from 0:00 to 5:35 is pretty much the interview. After that it's a repeat. I liked the way he diagrammed the play, and just was overall fun to learn about him. One thing that was interesting to me though was that he said he had little to no familiarity with the West Coast Offense. Not sure if that's what we're running or not but I think definitely something of note.

He was here for arguably the worst stretch of football in our team's history. May he play in the postseason for once in his life with Chicago.

National media bias is real In other news, the sky is blue, the grass is green, and the panthers have the #1 overall pick.
