  1. Ealy was a straight up bust, but damn man... that Super Bowl performance... People forget it because we lost but he was every bit as dominant that game as Von Miller was.
  2. Yeah, never a superstar but way more than a JAG. Legit long-term high level starter.
  3. A guy who left to sign a deal that made him the highest paid interior OL of all-time ain't a JAG.
  4. Moore should pass him eventually as long as he stays healthy and we re-sign him. But I don't know if Moore will ever have a single season that matches Moose's best. A lot of people kinda act like Moose and Jake were just products of Smitty but that requires them to overlook that both of them actually had their career best years the year Smitty broke his arm in the first game of the year. Moose had 1400+ yards and 16 TDs that year while Jake threw for just shy of 4000 yards and 29 TDs.
  5. Wallace IMO is a perfect example of an awesome JAG. He started very few games but he could fill in all across the DL and no one held their breath when he entered the game. The guy was gonna do his job and everyone knew it.
  6. Honestly, that's an insult to JAGs. There's a difference between guys who shouldn't be on the roster and legit JAGs.
  7. There's no probably. There's no one else in the discussion yet. Moore should put himself in that conversation pretty soon though. Smitty #1 and Moose #2 at WR is as set in stone currently as Cam #1 and Jake #2 at QB.
  8. Yeah, to me a JAG is a backup or a short-term starter who should probably be a backup who is only starting because we lack talent at the position. Due to the salary cap, every team has some JAG starters but those guys aren't starting for 3+ years.
  9. Moose absolutely was not a JAG. Good grief. Give me a whole roster full of JAGs if that's the case and we'll be the new Pats.
  10. Agreed. Honestly, Kurt Coleman was basically Mike Minter, he just played the game in the wrong era. He would've been very good during Minter's era.
  11. Guys like Hoover (one of the best FBs of his era) and 'Spoon good starter who signed a big FA deal to leave us are too good of players to call JAGs IMO.
  12. Oh yeah he did. #3 to #8 is a big slide. Look at that trade haul we would've gotten from the 49ers. He got us good.
  13. Not long after I cleared it out
  14. He looked really unathletic at the Senior Bowl. But he's a monster of a man and even if he's just a backup and maybe a situational goal line/short yardage type player that's still fine.
  15. Three consecutive losing seasons and more dumpster diving for QBs will do that.
  16. Ultimately it depends on how Darnold and Fields/Jones pan out. If Darnold flops while Fields and/or Jones become franchise QBs then we fuged up. If Darnold pans out then it doesn't matter that we passed on QBs. Even if Darnold flops it doesn't matter if Fields and Jones both bust too.
  17. Still lots of outages in western NC
  18. I let one rip last night that was an all-timer. It has volume, length, and the pungency could peel paint off the walls. The wife heard it from the other side of the house and it scared the dog. Oh wait, what were y'all talking about?
  19. I mean, I guess it can't hurt. Better that than the opposite I suppose.
  20. He's definitely brilliant and he definitely knows that the crypto market swings wildly on his every word. Put two and two together.
  21. 12-5 prediction for a team that everyone on our schedule is going to be looking at that game as either a definite win or at least a potential win... yeah, maybe a little blind.
  22. That was a hidden benefit of the 17 game schedule I hadn't really thought about. Half the league is going to get awarded an extra home game. That's a very real revenue boost and a small, but not insignificant performance advantage
  23. Ouch. I paid face value for pretty good tickets for the same game, then again the seller was a good friend.
  24. Be at peace. You prideful turncoat. The second most despised sports fan right behind the bandwagon jumper.
  25. Says the butthurt Jets fan too prideful of being wrong about his proclaimed franchise savior. Nothing more bitchmade than jumping ship on your team for pride.
