A kid a year older than me was a beast. Played FB and LB and wrestled. Had a ride to Ohio State for wrestling and football. Just couldn't get his poo together to make the grades. He wasn't dumb. He wasn't a bad guy. He was actually a really good dude. He just didn't give a poo. Pretty sure he ended up in prison too.

Amore Connelly I grew up with his dad. Like literally from kindergarten through HS. Knew his mom well too. I hope he took after his mom. She was an absolute sweetheart. Me and his dad were good buddies up until HS when I got old enough to realize... fug, this dude is batshit crazy. He's got a rap sheet a mile long. We never had a falling out I just got wise enough to realize I need to start creating space from this trainwreck.

There's a kid in town that might be playing ACC ball. He's just a sophomore and he's fuging ridiculous. Gonna be interesting to see how he develops over the next two years.

Usually it's defensive liabilities that keep freshman from playing big minutes but Trimble is our best perimeter defender and he can still barely get any run. I don't know how we expect to develop guys without playing them.

With two and a half minutes to go we're finally playing the lineup that should've been on the court starting at the under 8.

You're not wrong. Shooting ability is really the only theoretical advantage Puff has and his shot has been off all year. Off bad. I have no idea why Styles has disappeared from the rotation this year. He should hit the portal.

Dean and Roy always went deep into the bench and pushed the pace because they understood they just had more talent than most other team. More possessions favors their team. Hubert only wants to play five and wants to slow the game down... while not coaching defense. Like WTF???

I think he might understand that he just can't develop players so he rides and dies with his starters. That's a terrifying thought but I can't think of anything else. I honestly just don't really see any signs of actual coaching.

He was under contract. Heading into FA it was the KEY year of his contract. If he milked it down the stretch expecting to get paid that was a serious miscalculation. CMC was iron man prior to getting paid. That's how you do it. Gotta get that bag first. Then you can milk it.

Playing Bacot right now is an atrocious job. I would've told him as long as we maintain a double digit lead it's not a conversation. Rest up big guy.

Don't get me wrong, I think Hubert has done an overall pretty atrocious job.
