    Reality is difficult to accept sometimes. They are years away. Our only hope is a miracle find at qb that you could build around. I just can't see this current staff pulling it off any otherway.

    I fear we may be on the same path. If these picks do not start to show they belong in meaningful playing time then we are essentially in the same boat.

    They have no other choice. Something the Panthers have been struggling with for a few years now. It's gotten kinda amusing to watch after you have gotten to the acceptance stage.

    This trade is about the next draft I would think. Seattle could have an I on someone coming out in the next draft and want to add picks to start their rebuild now. They need more than a qb to contend.

    They just signed Thomas so that's covered. I think Fitterer is talking to Cam about playing the qb/rb/te/cheerleader position as we speak. So things are looking up.

    I'm not feeling hopeful that Tepper will ever learn. After he acquired the team from an owner that was forced to sell for his behavior, he then turns around and goes all in by going after a player that is accused of the same behavior or worse. The optics is on that are blind and terribly hypocritical. The league would have to put up or shut up in dealing with the entire situation.

    Nope. But his decision making has been...should I say...questionable from the jump. That's how he got himself into this situation to begin with. And fools around here want to make him the face of the franchise. But that's understandable because the owner does also.

    SF is closer to a title shot than AZ. AZ has issues to overcome with their signal caller before they are a real threat. If SF had CMC they would have been lethal, even with Jimmy.

    I'm not seeing any correlation that would matter to us at the moment. Now if we trade for someone then it matters. It will certainly clear up slightly where they may go in the draft. But with Rhule in charge that may not clear anything either.
