They had an off day against the Vikings and the cowboys too and an off second half against the eagles. They’ve had a a few dominant games and several really bad ones. Inconsistent at best. And there’s no reason they should be this inconsistent considering we’ve invested 8 draft picks and traded 2 others in the past two seasons to “rebuild” that unit.

The closest thing to a finished product should be the defense that we used a whole draft on and then traded away multiple picks for this year. Yet they lost the game today. Why are you so far up this staff’s ass?

Stadium atmosphere has been pretty much ruined.

One of the key turning points was Heinecke escaping a sack to complete 4th and 2. We had two 4th and shorts and converted neither. The problem is playcalling and design and execution. I love McCaffrey but the guy always seems to come up and yard or two short in the most key situations.

I guess Rhule can legitimately blame the defense this time. He will probably say it was the offense’s fault.

There’s so many blunders by Rhule. No way you could capture them all in one thread. It doesn’t matter who he has on his team, the guy just pretty much sucks and will never cut it in the NFL.

This bum got totally outcoached by Ron today. Can’t stop Heinecke, no situational awareness. Another terrible 3rd quarter. The other team running the same play over and over again. Burning a time out late. What a total loser this guy is.

Well that was a terrible coaching decision by ron. We have to score here or it’s over.

WFT can only win if a team beats themselves. If we don’t turn the ball over and get competent QB play this is a double digit win.

Except for that one horrible playoff game where John Fox must have been point shaving, we have really owned the Cardinals.

Haven’t we leaned our lesson about it “being up to Matt Rhule?” If left to his own devices, he will do the dumbest thing imaginable.

He was 100% brought into Tepper's office and told to call Cam because the poo that he brought in wasn't selling tickets and it sure wasn't leading to any wins. I'm just as excited that Cam is back as I am that Rhule was finally put in his place by Tepper.

Failure of the Appaloosa model, whatever that is. Also, a fug you to Rhule. I’m gonna guess this had a lot more to do with our owner and GM and Rhule was told to go along for the ride. Maybe there is hope yet.

We once got Vinny Testaverde during the week and threw him out at Arizona. That turned out ok.

What these “rebuild” posters fall to realize is that the NFL is a year to yeae league. Our 15-1 team went 6-10 the next season. Our 1-15 team was in the super bowl two years later. Nothing is static in pro football. Entire rosters turn over every 3-4 years. At the beginning of last year I think there were 3 or 4 guys left from the super bowl team. Now there’s 2 (shaq and Jansen ). Acting like this defense we have now will be in place next year much less 2-3 years from now is naive and fails to account for the constant churn that goes on in the NFL. If you’re not winning now you’re subject to being fired. My biggest concern is Tepper is just as lost as Rhule and thinks that you can “rebuild” an NFL team like a college roster where you know the players you’ll have for 3-4 years.
