    I imagine the sticking point is the contract with Burns--just as it was with us--the Giants would offer less if the deal was higher--I assume. Morgan is earning his $$$ today---he should be playing them off each other.

    no--they are going after a QB, imo. The fact that they did not want to give up a second (if true) is probably the reason this is dragging out. They need it to move up. I am totally guessing, but if we take both seconds now, they can't move up as easy.

    Don't forget, Morgan was a LB---he knew that Luvu was a gap shooter--and for every tackle for loss we saw him get, we got gashed when he guessed wrong. Morgan knew what he was doing here. Give him credit.

    This will tell us a lot about Morgan. I don't think he was in a good situation here--this is part of Fitterer's enema party, but it will tell us how much of a DAWG he is as a GM. I imagine a lot of experienced GMs will test him early.

    The Giants are keeping #6 because they want a QB, imo. I would push for a second this year and a second next year. If we get picks this year? Probably #39 and #70 overall

    Waller's cap is approximately 14-17 million and he is 32+. DO not see it. This would give us $25m in cap room, but we will have to draft an edge with the pick.

    Raiders just signed Gardner Minshew. I think they gave him $25m for 2 years. (going from memory)

    That is my question, and from what I saw by watching his dolphin video, you may want him on the right side. Here is my concern: The new DL schemes are designed to put pressure on the QB by stunting and setting up LBs etc. Campen was just not current. Our OL looked lost. You can tell when an OL is lost when his head moves from side to side. I saw it with Kugbula and Silatolu--predicting both would bust. When I watched the 2023 OL, I saw it with Bozeman, Ekwonu, and Corbett. (Not going to mention the backups). They were confused. \ A new OL coach is going to be huge--Campen sucked--I think he was resting on his reputation. Not a smart man in terms of adjustments. Having said that, Corbett really sucked during his 4 games before getting injured. Was Bozeman unable to call schemes? That would explain a lot.
