The question of Curtis. Tim Weaver wants to keep him.
Fox007 replied to top dawg's topic in Carolina Panthers
Him being our GM is going to help dictate that as well obviously which is something few have talked about. I don't see us paying him at all he's a 3 on any even below avg NFL team and hasn't ever had to deal with the CB1s on a consistent basis. We could bring him back for a decent deal and that'd work out but we already overpaid CMC and also Shaq. -
Damn Scot is in this persons head so bad he talking bout hats like that roflmao. Honestly I hope he makes about 4 more threads within the hour as I wanna see what else a sub 70 IQ can conjure up on here.

Who? TBH no one even knows those other people.

Watching all those plays where DJ was open for a Deep touchdown only to have a 2 yard pass thrown on 3rd and 4 With a QB worth a fug DJ would have had 10 TDs at least...Samuel is the usual WR that puts up #s with a short passing QB. Good to have but clearly not a 1 or 2 main target WR and is not going to command big money in FA dunno where someone got that idea lol. He was still out performed by DJ with less catches and by Anderson. None of our WRs have the TDs they should have b/c of TB though. Good 3rd/utility player, can be replaced by even just having CMC back. CMC can go to the slot while Davis is getting carries for example. -
Basically the same passing stats as our MVP QBs year lol. "washed way more than" The NFL knowledge on here from the masses is embarrassing.

Possibly the craziest draft story you might read
Fox007 replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
Oh by all means grab Wilson #1 then trade the farm for Lawrence in a trade up please. -
"Grown" men actually keep up with how many posts or threads someone is doing? That's one but then offseason news is what you would come here for in the first place so to then complain about it lol. "Grown" Yo you know you are mangina when you carry poo from thread to thread...We'd rather have Scot than you and that is for the same like three people who keep time of the monthing about Scot posting poo on a fuging football forum.
-
Whenever we want to do a deep pass with TB as our QB we should just bring out the punter and have him kick it to the WR. Be about the same.

There was a thread not too long ago about how old the huddle was and some reminiscing in there. Well another one is that you know...a football forum for talking football....kinda includes hypotheticals, what ifs, fantasy scenarios, and many other things as well a what actually happens/happened. Like totally woah dewd who knew right. Used to happen without the grade A certified morons saying otherwise.

Draft Grades based on AV compared to expected AV
Fox007 replied to Ricky Spanish's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yea just remember when you're out in public that there are actual breathing creatures that somehow think Hurney wasn't a total poo GM. These people are real and that is honestly scary just remember that when your fries are cold or your fast food order is fuged up or you get cut off by that run down 84 firebird that doesn't use their turn signal and tail gates everyone while dragging their muffler and when you see them posting online about some Hurney wasn't a bad GM. -
As much as I like CMC our backup showed and proved yet again that we need to stop fuging paying RBs lol. Just use 1 mil contract guys like the rest of the leagues best teams. Trade those 3 firsts and CMC and call it a day. Throw in TB and Shaq and Boston too for good measure.
-
I mean we were in the Superbowl and could have won with expensive RBs if not for Shula but we would be the outlier and this is a good chart for what it is.

How close did the Panthers come to getting Stafford? Dang close.
Fox007 replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
I actually love it. Since Cam left all the Cam only fans have largely left with him as we said it would happen. But the like two that are still here are hilarious and keep proving the bolded. Gotta keep some around for entertainment. -
It was way more 'hard core' back then lol. Basically everyone shitting on everyone all the time it was bombs away from everyone pretty much. Neg rep and all that too.
-
I don't think it's impossible I guess. It did happen with L.Bell and ofc that didn't work out so well for him though but he did it. I mean not risking getting hurt playing for a team like that would make sense but lets say the Texans kept him and kept fining him all season. Then next season he is still under contract and he couldn't afford to do it again. It's weird b/c even other bad organizations don't get to this level so it's a bit unprecedented.
-
I thought most people liked what he was saying....funny you can always picture those types who say the equivalent of 'he's a big meany'. Looks the part for sure lol

Stafford trade agreement might be in place before the Super Bowl

And can tell the future yes -
Stafford trade agreement might be in place before the Super Bowl

If this team actually wanted Trubisky for anything other than a backup(even tho we have backups already) then lol this would clarify that the talent evaluation skills on this FO are shart and that TB signing wasnt' a fluke but the good draft was and then expect a trashcan draft. Can't imagine we'd do that as I think this FO actually can evaluate talent -
Matt Rhule continues to show why he's the right guy for the Panthers
Fox007 replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
Err what "large portion" of the fanbase are they talking about lol. The main thing was a giant ? from the large portion not being upset or w/e. Also a large derpy part of the fanbase thought Rivera was a good coach so those people were upset that he got fired not much about Rhule though. I personally didn't say much about Rhule on here b/c I was in the ? department...didn't know enough to comment. -
If the Panthers land Stafford, it is win now, not rebuild
Fox007 replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
I actually don't think being ahead of schedule changes this at all. In business like Teppers mentality comes from it isn't and shouldn't change the other plans around that. You are always in the business of winning(making money) it's not like we were trying to go on out there and lose(see the WTF game). We're still in rebuild mode and if we actually have a winning record which we would have had this year too with a QB as good as Stafford then that's just something this team and fanbase and organization just isn't used to and that is called competence. -
IT was on CRAs radar cuz I was talking a bit of poo. And OFFC we are 1 and 2 lol. I never had a delusion that the NFL liked us I also think or remember a year where we had the least penalties in the season otherwise. Can't remember if it was 2015 though.

As if the players don't know they need a franchise QB to win. Not sure what you'd think would happen if someone said something to the players they themselves talk about offseason. "hey wish we woudla lost that game to get us a franchise QB" like what they would assault someone to get sued and imprisoned then suspended at best....lol I would have 0 problem doing that and have talked with former athletes about various sports scenarios. Bottom line is they think just like everyone else does off time but during the game they are going to try to win. Afterwards they talk the same as everyone else. There are even interviews on ESPN where people got their QB injured by not blocking it was a Detroit player. Yet if you were to say something like that on here the ignant to reality people would be like "NAAAAA dat not a ting" It fugin happened to Scott Mitchel. And is an even worse idea morally than losing a game for a pick. Not even to mention bountygate where the Saints risked their reputation(lol), picks, etc to hurt people on purpose. Starting Will Grier would be nothing compared to those situations and has legit room to be plausible as TB was never a long term solution and we have a 3rd round pick QB we haven't seen even though we know he sucks no one has seen that in a real game to solidify that yup that fool sucks.
