Stroud should be in the mvp conversation right now, or he will be soon at the rate he is going. He already is running away with offensive ROY, the texans winning is just icing on cake. The fact that he is literally been one of the best qbs in the league over 4 weeks with that roster and no mistake football puts him in mvp conversation.

Bryce is closer to being a college football analysis than a all pro Qb right now. That's just the truth. He has to figure it out for himself if he wants to play in the league a long time. I dont think its about the coaches and talent like some people say. Sorry, im just not buying it. Some All time great college players didnt amount to anything in the league. If you are convinced a guy doesn't have to prove himself in the pros based off what he did in college then you are really lost.

Im going to say this, bryce is not a bust yet and they shouldn't give up on him. BUT.....they would be fools not to bring in competition next year threw trade or the draft at this rate. I dont care how much you have invested in him, there are other players on the roster who need to develop and put in the time and work to win. It may not be the case right now, but when other players start getting frustrated you will start hearing things about who is holding the team back, questioning coaching staff, and that's when it gets volatile. We see it all the time. Making bryce compete for his job is not a bad thing and honestly it should have been done from the start. They bottled up andy dalton threw pre season and camp because they wanted to make sure he didn't look systematically better which ended up happening when he had to play. P.S. i know some people not gonna take this post seriously because it ridiculous blah, blah, blah. But this is coming from the same person who never bought the hype on this staff or bryce young. I said from the very beginning it needs to be a wait and see thing. So go ahead...just know you heard it here first.

Lets be real, he had glaring flaws when he was drafted. The hope was that he would eventually improve them and be the best tackle in the draft because he had the highest ceiling. Im not panicking on him because i do think he can be a really good guard in the league. The problem is finding another tackle if he doesn't improve.

You have to remember, Rivera took upon himself after the second season to neuter the offense because he wanted more ball control and run out the clock on opponents. Cam didnt just lose his big play ability, rivera was feeling the heat and was trying to win games.

Why do yall keep saying this like its a valid response?? The offense had looked absolutely putrid before dalton got in there all around. He made it look competent by being inserted, you had confidence they could move the ball. Theilen and chark looked serviceable and worth fa signings. Above all the game was actually interesting. Whats crazy is dalton hadn't even seen That much action up till then so he could have had a rust factor which was legitimate. He just looked more comfortable and did his job.

Those are the kinds of plays i have been looking for from Bryce. The poise, accuracy, the confidence on the throw and just flat out big plays. Those kinds of plays give the team and fanbase confidence. Its reminds me how much cam did this on the regular his rookie year. That was a fun year, even tho we weren't winning like that.

Because out of those 80 nfl throws he hasn't shown not one to live up to a number one overall pick. Its not about wins, you want to see the talent of your investment on display and if you are drafted number 1 overall you are the biggest show in town hy default. He has honestly looked like a game manager borderline starter to backup since pre season. Andy dalton had more high level plays in one game then we have seen from bryce since he got here. Its just the truth. The people that are finding ways to praise him i honestly dont know what they are looking at. Nothing is there.
