Stewart was pretty steady come game day. I think there were a couple seasons he got dinged and was out for a good bit but for the most part I think he was just always limited in practice.

I like the thought of trading back and accumulating more picks but is a mediocre Qb w/ upside + a decent LT > a top tier LT? I think that’s the calculus. if the FO believes the answer is yes and we have a dance partner, we will trade back.

Very sad regardless of circumstances. I’m 50 and grew up on late 60s - 80s rock. Foo fighters are one of the “new” bands I group with LZ, Stones, Etc.. as iconic. Different time, sound and style but iconic for sure. Just my personal opinion. RIP

Well said. I’m all for second chances. I’m a fifty year old guy but I was in my 20s once. I did a lot of stupid poo when I was young and never got caught.

I think it is a long shot at best. One possible scenario would be we still have a sub .500 record but the kid plays with his hair on fire, wins OROY and creates a lot of excitement. Might keep Rhule because all things look positive, previous issues more or less corrected, you definitely have momentum and can see the window opening. But this is a long-shot in my opinion.

I think any hope of getting a spark out of Sam was dashed last season. We brought him I. Thinking a change of scenery would ignite said spark. I think there were two problems with that. 1. We didn’t help Sam at all and gave him the Same crappy team he had in NY 2. Sam is likely too far gone to recover any form of starting qb if there was anything there to begin with.

Well said. He potentially fills a void so the signing makes sense. Unfortunately, it disappoints this board as a whole when not every signing is going to be a super versatile all-world player.

I hate Tom Brady. But Tom takes care of himself, has avoided injury (some luck I’m sure) and is a very smart quarterback/football player. I think all of those things and having decent teammates has helped Tom Brady keep Father Time at bay. I don’t like him but damn it’s nice to see an old guy be relevant in his mid 40s.

Sign another OL upgrade and get a LB while there. Wait for the draft and see how the board plays out. I think we still gotta address OL there. who knows regarding QB. I would rather get Minshew or Brissette type qb than drafting one in the first. No since reaching as you are unlikely to better yourself in the end Or hell, just roll with Cam and Darnold if Cam is willing. I think this fits with the Tep mentality. This is it from a succinct point of view and no ambiguity.
