Scott Fitterer.... let's grade his drafts and FA signings
L-TownCat replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Best answer. The official narrative is that Rhule had final say on everything all the way down the line to the social media team. Im sure there was collaboration but “you know, at the end of the day, ultimately, you know” Rhule had to approve. -

I like this move also. wtf is going on?
-
The transfer portal is going to destroy this notion.

Frank Reich's Intro Presser - Today, Noon EST

Am oddly anticipating. I think they may have actually gotten it right? God I hope we got it right. -

What’s the over/under on how many times Joe Person asks about Wilks? -
I meant to say except for you.
-
Our RBs did well, sure, but has a single Panthers fan ever mentioned this guy?
-
I am in favor of the moves so far. Can it continue?

Noice

If Reich is the offensive minded guy, then I’ll trust him to bring in a guy that’ll do the job. DC is where I want to see more experience.

Nothing done at QB in free agency should preclude us from drafting a QB this year and being aggressive about it.

Coaching Interview Thread IV: A New Hope
L-TownCat replied to Ricky Spanish's topic in Carolina Panthers
That could only work in a Wilks HC scenario. It would split the locker room if Wilks remains but demoted back to DC. -
If not for Elf over Boze you’d have a half decent argument.
-
And that’s totally fair. I’ll probably join you.
-
Ok, did Rhule have full control or we changing the story now?

New Coach Thread 2: Electric Boogaloo

The only reason I don’t want Wilks. I knew he’d try to keep Holcomb. That dude blows. -
Saints sending us Sean Payton be like..
L-TownCat replied to The Huddler's topic in Carolina Panthers
My cynical side says these folks don’t just up and do things. If we’re the spot, a plan is in place. Nods, winks, unspoken agreements have put this into motion well in advance to us hearing about it. Payton could have the inside track on addressing the QB problem. (Rodgers,Brady,Carr) *not an endorsement -
Go on record now before the hire is made Re: Sean Payton

I can’t see this being a determining factor. -
Aside from that, why were the Saints going low? Both sides of the ball. They were taking knee shots the whole game.
-
I didn’t realize it was like that? Well, ok then. Improvement is always welcome.
-
BC should be fine. Corbett and his knee are worrisome. Mays should work on his RG technique in the off-season.

Pretty sure it says they have to be active to receive the honor. -
Are you watching the Panthers tomorrow
L-TownCat replied to Sean Payton's Vicodin's topic in Carolina Panthers
It’ll be on in some form or fashion. I won’t be locked in watching every play, but I’ll hear it.
