I'm thinking we end up signing Marvin Williams first, then Hinrich, and then Lance. I think that could be affordable.

Kemba (Hinrich)

Stephenson (Henderson)

MKG/Marvin

Vonleh/Marv/Zeller

Jefferson (Biz-Zeller)

Well Marvin is signed, hopefully we fill things up well.

Why trade Henderson? Keep him, he can come off the bench.

If MKG continues his struggle that prevent him from playing in the 4th we can still have Kemba, Stephenson, and Henderson on the court to close games.

Stephenson can guard the 3. Makes too much sense to keep him, and next season he becomes more valuable with expiring contract

Because he makes way too much money to be the 5th best guard on the team. We can't keep Henderson & sign Stephenson/Hinrich.

Kemba/Hinrich

Stephenson/Hairston/Neal

MKG/Taylor

Marvin/Zeller/Vonleh

Big Al/Biyombo

That's a very good, young team. We'd still have all our future picks & plenty of cap flexibility going forward. That team would very likely have the best season in Charlotte NBA history, & be a legit contender in the East.

Not to mention how young & flexible that roster would be. Stephenson can play the 1-2-3, Hairston the 2-3, Marvin 3-4, Zeller 4-5, Biyombo 4-5.

Instead, everyone wants to pass on Stephenson & hang onto an overpaid guard who can't even shoot.

If we trade him we will have to take some of his salary back, so won't save much money, and would rather rely on Henderson for one more year (or two) than counting on a rookie that struggled against guys that will be playing with Kendall Barkley at the YMCA 3 weeks from now

Summer League is meaningless. PJ is better than Henderson.

Typical college fan...

Anyone who likes/dislikes any certain player is a fan of a certain team.

I'm a Hornets fan. I don't give two shits about college athletics. I dislike UNC/Duke/State, mainly because of their irrational fans.
