I wanted to know outside of gasoline if anyone could recommend a remedy or a company to remove/destroy their nest

Shop Vac.

 

Run hose next to the hole of the nest, turn it on, stomp the ground.  Most fun you'll have all summer.  You will only need to do this a few times, leave em in the vac for several days, then dump em out.

 

Late in the evening is best as there will be a bunch of them in the nest.

Of course you can get the spray foam, shoot the hole and fill it up with the foam, wait 10 mins, shovel a scoop of dirt over the hole, done.

So they can't burrow out?

Once you spray the foam down the hole, I think the fumes pretty much take care of them.  Shop vac is more fun though

Number one rule...don't do it during the day.  Wait until late afternoon when sun down and cooled off.

If you dose it with gas do not I repeat do not light it.  The foam works too
