He has to switch numbers and I doubt they'll be for sale until he has a number. I haven't checked NFL Shop but I doubt he's even on there right now. Correct me if I am wrong about that and his #2 jersey is for sale.

My buddy who is an Eagles fan got all in my poo when I asked how he was going to replace losing their best receiver to the 'Skins.  He said, "We didn't lose our best receiver to the 'skins we lost him to the Panthers."

 

I was stunned for a min then thought he was messing with me.  He then went on to say how much we are going to love Avant especially on 3rd downs.

 

Eagles fans LOOOVVEE Avant.  For a good few years he was always on "fantasy radar" as a "breakout" target.

 

He's had poor QB play most of his career and doesn't have the raw speed for Kelly's system.

 

He is freaking reliable and makes some of the most incredible catches you'll see though.

Avant was one of my favorite non-Panthers for the past 4 or so years. The guy has the best hands in the league and he is the classiest WR I've seen. No celebrations at all, not even a 1st down symbol. Just catches the ball, hands it to the ref and sprints his ass back to the huddle. I was ecstatic when we signed him. I honestly think he was the best FA WR this year when also taking salaries into consideration.

Yep, great VALUE. Not only because of gameday, but practice too. Its like getting a good player and coach. We kno how much Getts loves value. He got some in Avant.
