Chris Harris hit the poo out of DWill and they got into a bit of a skirmish.

daringantt#Panthers going in shorts this afternoon, a concession to the brutal heat. It's going to hit 100, and it's not far from it now.

Nobody should expect any less than they'll get during the season. That's why John Fox calls it being in" football shape" although you do pull up a bit on your teammate. Chris Harris was only doing what his coach told him to do, be aggressive. They gotta toughen up for the season ahead. Him and Steve Smith as well as others will get a lot worst than that this season. Are you ready for some football?...

Brown and goodson got into it today

brown does not seem like the type..but the SC heat will do things to you

This is why they hired Harris, to hit the ball carrier. He could have pulled up, but would have DLo? It is football, pads or not you practice as you would play and I am sure the heat was getting to everyone.

yeah but to hit players on other teams.

Could have, would have, but he didn't. so as long as Dwill is ok it's alll good.

If they're going to be hitting like that, they should be wearing full pads. Harris should've pulled up more. If he would've injured Williams, Panther fans everywhere would've been down Harris' throat and rightfully so.

Was not there. Did not see it. But you can't fault a predator for being a predator. I don't think there is an on/off switch nor do I want one. Play some ball

      No saying he mostly sucks is saying that he doesn’t suck the minority of the time.   Like if he took 17 tests and had a couple of really good showings and a handful of pretty good scores sprinkled in among the typical sub par results.   Like a golfer who went out and shot an 89.  There will be some real nice shots sprinkled in there but at the end of the day it is still 89.

      It's worth mentioning... Game 1: Oct 11 in Raleigh. 4-3 OT win with a complete starting lineup. Game 2: Dec 13 in Philly. 4-3 SO win without Jaccob Slavin. Game 3: Dec 14 in Raleigh. 3-2 SO win with a complete starting lineup. Game 4: Apr 13 in Philly. 3-2 SO loss with the AHL roster.  Those early season games were no indication of the Canes team that finished the season. Miller and Ehlers were still trying to figure things out, Nikishin was still a work in progress and the Stankoven line was just another line. Make no mistake, the Canes team Philly will see is nothing close to what they saw at any point in the season. If the top line starts producing, Freddie stays hot and the blue line does what it does, this could be a sweep as well.
