Rivera needs to spend every possible minute and then some worrying about Seattle. He can't even prepare for a team when given 2 weeks, never mind looking ahead.

Can't say I agree with that. As much as we want/need to win this Seattle game, a short week with a division opponent coming up is even more important.

Why? Saints have their hands full with Packers too.

Also have to remember the Saints vs Packers is a Sunday Night game and then the Saints have to travel here.  We have an advantage in that regard.

I just mean that in the grand scheme of the season. Beating the Seahawks but losing to the Saints puts us in a bigger hole than losing to the Seahawks and beating the Saints.

He said staff. I am sure he has a team breaking down tape right now.

That's what I assume "preparing" means.
